Research On The Economic Analysis System Of General Trainer Fleet Operation

It is an essential prerequisite for enhancing the economic evaluation level of general trainer fleet operation and the economic efficiency of fleet operation to propose the statistical specification of CCAR-141 flight school general trainer fleet operation cost,construct a general trainer fleet operation cost calculation model and establish a general trainer fleet investment return analysis method.To this aim,this thesis establishes the topic of "Research on Economic Analysis System of General Trainer Aircraft Fleet Operation",in order to provide a decision-making method and tool for CCAR-141 flight schools to carry out economic evaluation of general instructor aircraft fleet introduction,so as to improve the overall operation level of CCAR-141 flight schools.The main research work carry out in this thesis has the following three aspects:(1)Analysis of general trainer Aircraft direct operating costs.Firstly,the statistical specification and classification method of general trainer operation cost of CCAR-141 flight school are proposed,then the calculation model of each cost item is constructed,and finally the operating environment of general trainer fleet is simulated to verify the rationality of the proposed method.(2)Return on investment analysis of general trainer aircraft fleet.Based on the direct operating cost model of general trainer aircraft,proposing an economic analysis method of general trainer aircraft fleet operation based on the net present value method,and verifying the rationality of the proposed method by simulating the general trainer aircraft fleet operation environment.(3)Design and develop a Java-based economic analysis system for operating a fleet of general trainer aircraft.Build the database and design the functional model of general trainer fleet operation economy analysis system,carry out the software test of general trainer fleet operation economy analysis system,and provide decision support for the economic evaluation of the introduction of CCAR-141 flight school trainer fleet.
