As an important part of non-public economy,private enterprises are playing an increasingly significant role.As a kind of private enterprise linked by blood,family enterprise also shows a rapid development trend in terms of enterprise scale,industrial structure,management and other aspects.After years of development,the"creation generation" of most private family enterprises in China,including JH private earthwork engineering enterprise,is gradually aging,and family enterprises are ushering in the peak of intergenerational inheritance.How to help enterprises to realize inheritance smoothly is an important research topic at present.First of all,based on the research results of scholars,this study summarizes the inheritance of social emotional wealth into five aspects:family control and influence,family members’ recognition of enterprises,close social relations,emotional attachment,and inheritance intention.At the same time,the influencing factors and inheritance risks of intergenerational transmission are summarized.Secondly,in combination with the mature scale of scholars,this study investigated the inheritance of social emotional wealth and the change of corporate strategy before and after the inheritance by setting up interviews with main family members and ordinary employees and semi-open questionnaires,and made statistics on the results of the survey.According to the survey,since the successor just entered the enterprise and co-managed the enterprise with the founder,the enterprise performance did not change significantly for the time being.However,due to the different concepts and values of the two generations of leaders,conflicts occurred frequently when making enterprise decisions or strategic planning.In addition,the entry of the successor changes the relationship between the original family members,exacerbates the friction between family members,and there are problems in the production and operation of the enterprise,such as the inability of the upper and lower levels to work together,the lack of order,and the persistence of prohibition.Therefore,this study based on the theory of social emotions wealth,from family control and influence,members of the family of psychological ownership,social relationships,emotional attachment,family traditions to five aspects,such as inheritance strategy is put forward,and from the system,culture,organization,personnel,four aspects put forward the safeguard measures,help enterprises realize the intergenerational inheritance transfer success.At the same time,it provides reference for the intergenerational inheritance of other enterprises.
