Since the last century,with the development of the society,countries all over the world began to build a large number of water conservancy,but the problem of dam crash also followed,so in recent years,the design of reservoir reinforcement is more and more attention.Xiaosuihe reservoir is a comprehensive utilization reservoir mainly based on irrigation.However,due to the influence of financial resources and other factors at the beginning of the construction of xiaosui river reservoir,the project construction quality and the materials used did not meet the corresponding design requirements.The project has been in operation for many years,without good maintenance,so that xiaosui river water inventory is in danger in recent years and has been in low water level for many years.Therefore,based on the preliminary engineering geological survey and hydrological data of xiaosuihe reservoir area,this paper strengthened the dam body of xiaosuihe reservoir,dismantled the spillway and water transport tunnel,and rebuilt the design.It is suggested that the height of the dam body to the top should be 155.68 m.The net width of the spillway inlet section is 9m;The u-shaped groove at the entrance of the water transport tunnel is 6.53 m long,the floor thickness is 0.6m,and the silt pool is 7m long,so as to restore the original function and benefit of the reservoir.After the completion of the reservoir reinforcement,the flood control function of the reservoir can be restored and strengthened,the xingli reservoir capacity can be restored to 2.29 million m3,the dead water level is 149.5m,the cultivated land area can be protected to 7,000 mu,the irrigation,power generation and water supply functions of xiaosui river reservoir can be given full play,and the ecological environment can be improved.
