| The era of we-media has greatly accelerated the speed of information dissemination,improved the quality of information dissemination and communication,also it easily made some information be infinitely enlarged,thus triggering public events.Therefore,enterprises need to change their traditional thinking and adopt new public opinion management methods to deal with the possible public opinion crisis.In this context,as a traditional enterprise of the civil aviation industry in this region,SHE airport’s traditional public opinion management concept has not followed its rapid development,and its public relations management system has not achieved synchronous change.SHE airport itself has deficiencies in network public opinion management,which is in contrast with the rapid development of the era of we-media.SHE airport cannot passively accept,but face challenges as well as catch the opportunities.By literature research,this paper first reviews and combs the relevant theories of public relations management and public opinion management,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and nature of online public opinion in the era of we-media;uses survey interview method to analyze the current situation,existing problems and causes of SHE airport’s online public opinion management,then puts forward suggestions for the formulation of public opinion management strategies;also,uses case analysis method from the actual cases of airports at home,the experience and lessons can be used as reference for SHE airport’s public opinion management.Through the research of this paper,it can promote the change of SHE airport network public opinion management,promote airport managers to change their public relations thinking actively,turn "danger" and challenges into"opportunity".It also provides meaningful reference materials and cases for other civil aviation related enterprises to manage their public opinion and establish enterprise brand image in the environment of we-media.In the era of we-media,any poor public opinion disposal will seriously affect the image and reputation of the enterprise,and even cause huge losses to it.SHE airport,as a window enterprise of the city,is also an important carrier of transportation.Its security and service behavior are closely related to the public interest.Social and media all pay more attention to the improvement of software service quality and hardware airport construction and development than before.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the public opinion management of SHE airport in the era of we-media,and it can also provide reference for relevant enterprises.Based on the research of the paper,the conclusion is that there are serious deficiencies in the public opinion management of SHE airport.The enterprise needs to improve its public opinion management from five aspects,namely,system implementation,transformation of public relations concept,make strong joint,simulation exercise,and persuasion and communication,so as to improve the public opinion management level,establish a good enterprise image,and shoulder the social responsibility. |
