| The automobile manufacturing industry is a labor intensive,capital intensive and technology intensive industry.After more than 60 years of development,the technical level of China’s automobile manufacturing industry has been continuously improved,the level of automobile safety,comfort and automation has been continuously improved,and the personalized functions have also been continuously increased,which has greatly promoted the national economic development and indirectly promoted the rapid development of other industries.However,compared with developed countries,China’s automobiles still have problems such as weak system integration capability,lack of core technologies,and structural overcapacity.To this end,Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report in 2015 that "strengthen innovation to lead new drivers,improve enterprises’ technological innovation capabilities,accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,and fully implement Made in China 2025".Only technological progress and improvement of innovation ability can bring lasting competitive advantages to the automobile industry,and only enterprises with core technology patents can stand firm in the competition.However,in reality,there are many difficulties in breaking through technical difficulties and realizing technological innovation,which requires a large number of people,money and materials.No automobile manufacturing company can have all the resources and capabilities required for technological innovation.Therefore,domestic automobile enterprises mainly adopt the cooperative alliance mode for technological innovation,such as cooperation between BAIC and Huawei,Geely and Baidu,Tesla and Samsung.Cooperative technological innovation can not only integrate advantages,complement resources and share knowledge,improve technological research and development capabilities,strengthen the core competitive advantage of enterprises in the market,but also reduce the risk of technological research and development and the market risk brought by research results,so as to realize the "benefit sharing and risk sharing" of all partners.The purpose of enterprises choosing cooperation is to obtain multi-win,so it is inevitable to discuss the issue of profit distribution in the study of multi-person cooperative innovation.Uneven distribution of benefits will lead to the member enterprises to deviate from morality,heart rift,serious directly or indirectly lead to the breakdown of cooperation,innovation termination.Therefore,planning and negotiation on profit distribution in advance can effectively ensure the long-term and stable development of cooperative innovation.After sorting out domestic and foreign studies on benefit distribution of cooperative technological innovation of automobile manufacturing enterprises,it is found that most literatures only consider the input,contribution,urgency and other factors of member enterprises,but ignore the impact of risk factors in the innovation process on cooperative technological innovation,and fail to consider the importance of risk compensation measures on benefit distribution of cooperative innovation.Therefore,from the perspective of risk compensation,this paper systematically and completely analyzes the factors affecting benefit distribution,fully considers the demands of all parties involved,establishes a fair and reasonable benefit distribution model,and strives to provide technical basis for automobile manufacturing enterprises to develop objective and scientific benefit distribution schemes,ensure the smooth progress of cooperative innovation activities and improve the conversion rate of innovation achievements.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:In view of the lack of systematic integrity of the existing basis for the benefit distribution of cooperative technological innovation of enterprises,the whole process of cooperative technological innovation is comprehensively analyzed,the influencing factors of benefit distribution are objectively measured,and the benefit distribution model of cooperative technological innovation of automobile manufacturing enterprises is constructed with full consideration of risk compensation.First of all,based on the current research situation at home and abroad and the characteristics and requirements of cooperative technological innovation of automobile manufacturing enterprises,the shortcomings of existing research on the distribution of benefits of cooperative technological innovation are clarified,and the pain points and difficulties of low success rate of cooperative technological innovation projects of automobile manufacturing enterprises are grasped;Secondly,in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the distribution of benefits of cooperative technological innovation in automobile manufacturing enterprises,establishment of a complete set of influencing factors,use of rough set theory(RS)and expert evaluation method to measure the influencing factors,give full play to the advantages of subjective and objective measurement methods,and ensure that the measurement results are more accurate and objective;Then,based on the Shapley value method,the initial model of benefit distribution for cooperative technological innovation of automobile manufacturing enterprises is constructed.Considering the impact of risk factors on the result of benefit distribution,the initial model is modified by combining the measurement value of influencing factors to ensure that the final benefit distribution model is scientifically reasonable,and the optimal benefit distribution scheme is output.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified in a case study. |
