In the steel,metallurgical and other production enterprises,the belt conveyor as the important auxiliary production equipment has realized the intelligent and automatic control requirements.Through stable and efficient transmission,not only the production demand is guaranteed,but also greatly improved.Productivity.The most widely used method for monitoring the running condition of the belt conveyor is to set the sensor at the target point and rely on the data information measured manually by the sensor to judge the running state of the device.When the device fails,it needs to be checked one by one.Maintenance and repair.Such a state monitoring method is bound to produce subjective errors that will affect production in the event of an accident.In order to eliminate the subjective error caused by people’s judgment on the running state of the belt conveyor,this paper will establish a reasonable and effective equipment evaluation and fault identification mechanism from an objective point of view,and evaluate the running state of the belt conveyor.When a fault condition occurs,identify the source of the fault in time.In response to the above,the work done in this paper is as follows:(1)In order to make a reasonable evaluation of the running state of the belt conveyor,combined with the relevant literature and industry experts at home and abroad,and the specific implementation plan of the field engineer during the investigation,the belt conveyor status evaluation index system was finally established.The indicators selected in the system are representative,and the change of each indicator will affect the running state of the belt conveyor.(2)Due to the subjectivity of human beings in the evaluation process,in order to eliminate the influence of such subjectivity on the evaluation results as much as possible,the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the state evaluation of belt conveyor.The model first uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of each indicator,and then combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to convert the qualitative problem into quantitative analysis,and finally evaluates the running state of the belt conveyor.(3)In the evaluation model,when the evaluation result of the belt conveyor is fault,in order to analyze and identify the fault source in time,because the support vector machine has unique advantages for small sample training,the support vector machine algorithm is used to analyze the data to achieve the fault.The purpose of identification.However,relying on the hyperparameters of the empirically selected support vector machine,the precision obtained by the training cannot meet the actual industrial requirements.Therefore,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters and improve the fault recognition accuracy.(4)According to the production needs of the enterprise,the belt conveyor state evaluation system was designed and developed to realize the application of belt conveyor state evaluation and fault identification technology.
