The electric energy metering device is an important tool for accurate measurement, precise trade settlement and fair trading between power generation companies, power grid companies, power sales companies and power users. Its accurate and stable operation is directly related to the economic interests of both trade sides. The traditional electric energy metering device monitoring method is periodic on-site calibration. This method has problems such as rough and unregulated operation, low work efficiency, difficulty in fault detection and troubleshooting, and poor timeliness of monitoring. This paper models the fault diagnosis and state assessment of the electric energy metering device based on the remote calibration monitoring platform. This paper outlines the fault types and diagnostic methods, state evaluation indicators and evaluation methods of the electric energy metering device.A system of fault diagnosis based on rule reasoning and supplemented by machine learning algorithm is designed. It can accurately determine the type of fault and its location. For the state evaluation of the electric energy metering device,a complete state index hierarchical model is established. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the gray clustering method are applied to the evaluation method, which comprehensively and objectively evaluate the state of the electric energy metering device. On this basis, this paper designs and develops a software of fault diagnosis and state assessment system for electric energy metering devices. It can locate and diagnose common faults such as loss of voltage, loss of current, error tolerance and wiring errors of the secondary circuit. The system can also intelligently identify functional faults of electric energy meters such as display module faults, metering module faults, and power module faults.According to the factory data, laboratory verification data, periodic calibration data and other status indicators of electric energy metering device, the health status, reliability and accuracy of voltage transformers, current transformers, electric energy meters and secondary circuits can be analyzed and evaluated.Compared with the traditional periodic on-site calibration mode, the fault diagnosis and state assessment system can perform real-time fault monitoring of the electric energy metering device and provide the basis for operation and maintenance personnel in adjusting the calibration plan and troubleshooting hidden dangers, which has the advantages of comprehensive monitoring, good timeliness and predictability. Finally, simulation tests were carried out on the accuracy of the fault diagnosis and state evaluation system. The simulation results show that the system can make reasonable and effective diagnosis and evaluation for the faults and operating states of various electric energy metering devices, showing good practical performance. |
