| After more than ten years of rapid development in the automotive industry,since 2018,market sales have gradually begun to show a downward trend.At the same time,with economic development and technological progress,more and more new brands have emerged in the automotive industry,providing the market with more product choices,which in turn has made industry competition increasingly fierce.In such a severe situation,seizing more market share,increasing corporate profits,realizing customized production,shortening the production cycle,completing on-time delivery,and reducing production costs have become the operational goals of major auto companies.The scientific and reasonable production organization model adopted to accomplish these goals has become the focus of the automobile manufacturing industry.The current production model mainly revolves around the two organizational methods of"push" MRPⅡ and "pull" JIT.This article will analyze these two methods to draw out the advantages of the MRPⅡ/JIT integrated model.Then take B automobile manufacturing company as an example,from the perspective of production planning and production control,using 4M1E management analysis tools,analyze the problems that B company still exists in planning and production control under the background of MRPⅡ/JIT integrated mode application.In order to solve these problems,from the perspective of the construction of the MRPⅡ/JIT production planning model,an improvement method for the production planning to effectively coordinate production resources is proposed.In the selection of the previous production process,the PULL/PUSH production model combination strategy is proposed,and the optimization direction of planning is suggested.In terms of the preparation of the master production plan,from the perspective of better meeting customer market needs,in order to shorten the product life cycle and respond more flexibly to market fluctuations,after analyzing the current existing process of company B,combined with the master of production plan compiling principle,shorten the preparation cycle of the main production plan and the lead time for the release of orders,so that customers can receive customized products earlier.Regarding the planning of the production level of company B,reasonable improvements were made to the preparation of the monthly production plan to make the output more balanced and leveled.In terms of orders,the reciprocal production ratio method and the K-means clustering method are used to optimize the sorting of final assembly orders and painting orders respectively,and a new sorting method is proposed.The results are more suitable for actual production applications.Finally,by establishing the core position of production planning and production control,introducing production analysis tools,formulating efficient procedures for responding to emergencies,strengthening the training of production planning and control staff,and achieving visualization of production indicators,ensure the implementation of production plans and control.The efficient application of MRPⅡ/JIT integrated mode is mainly reflected in the macro planning of production planning and the micro adjustment of production control.This article puts forward reasonable suggestions for the preparation and implementation of the plan to enhance its integration and standardization,thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of products.Company B’s application of MRPⅡ/JIT advanced management experience also has certain reference significance for other manufacturing enterprises. |
