| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s industrial production,quality demand of industrial buildings also arisen.As one of the leaders of global automobile provider,company B is one representative of high productivity,high automation and high integration industries.As known that industrial construction quality of the factory is of great significance to the automobile products,directly related to product quality,and then affects the people’s life,property,safety and enterprise reputation.Since 2012,company B built its worldwide largest t production plant in Shenyang,the company’s reconstruction and expansion projects have continued,and adverse quality events caused by project quality have occurred from time to time,causing serious economic losses to company B.As the first overseas R&D center project,R project is difficult to implement,so the quality management of the project is of great significance.This study takes the whole life cycle quality management of engineering project as fulcrum,through studies of quality management theory,analyzes the management pain points and difficulties of engineering project quality in design,bidding,construction and completion stages.Taking this as a breakthrough point,combining with the methods of quality and project quality management and control at home and abroad,combining the theories with construction engineering practice,using 14 steps of zero defect theory to break down engineering project,and then using PDCA cycle theory to guide quality management of R Project,the project quality is promoted through the mode of pre planning,in-process management and post event summary.It has been steadily improved.And establish a systematic quality management mode based on the influencing factors of "human,machine,material,law and environment",guide a new round of quality management work,and form a virtuous circle.On the basis of this guiding ideology,based on identification of previous quality events,quality management plan and objectives of each stage of project are made,and quality tasks are summarized.In the process of project implementation,the quality process is guaranteed by various control means,such as ITP,model project,etc.,to achieve the quality objectives.Through this research of quality management and its application and summary in R Project,project quality management achievements of R project have been significantly improved,and quality management system construction of company B has also made breakthrough of obstacle,accumulated experience,which provides reference for subsequent plant construction projects.Moreover,it also plays an exploratory role in quality management of other engineering projects and even the engineering industry,which can enhance concentration of project quality management in the whole life cycle,and then improve the social and economic benefits.At the same time,it is hoped that this study has a certain reference value for the future quality management researches and provides certain practical significance for quality management of other engineering projects. |
