Choosing both fast and comfortable routes for travel is a general requirement for travelers’route choices.However,the research on travelers’ route choice behavior in the traditional traffic equilibrium assignment model mainly considers travel speed,so it is more practical to incorporate travel route comfort into travelers’ route choice behavior decisions.In order to clarify the influence of travel comfort on travelers’ route choice behavior and establish a more scientific traffic assignment model,the thesis first analyzes the influencing factors of travel route driving comfort and defines travel route driving comfort and link driving comfort index.Based on the assumption that travel driving comfort is the decision criterion of travelers’ route selection behavior and travelers aim at the maximum route driving comfort index,the comfort user equilibrium state is described,and the comfort user equilibrium condition is defined.Under the assumptions that the route driving comfort index is additive and non-additive,the comfort user equilibrium model is constructed,and the model solution method is designed,respectively.Further assume that travelers have dual demand for speed and comfort,define the travel driving comfort cost as the negative utility of travel driving comfort,quantify the link driving comfort cost by the inverse of the link driving comfort index,and take the link travel time as the link speed cost,and weight the normalized link driving comfort cost and the link speed cost to obtain the link speed-comfort cost.Assuming that the link speed-comfort cost with additive,the speed-comfort user equilibrium model is constructed.Finally,according to the route selection behavior of travelers,the travelers are divided into three categories:speed travelers,comfort travelers,and speed-comfort travelers.Assuming the simultaneous existence of the three categories of travelers in the network,the mixed equilibrium state of the speed-comfort multi-user class is described,the mixed equilibrium conditions are defined,the mixed equilibrium model is constructed,and the mixed equilibrium model solution method is designed.The accuracy of the equilibrium model and the effectiveness of the solution algorithm is verified in the test network.The results show that the traffic equilibrium flow distribution pattern formed by the travelers’ comfort route selection behavior is consistent with the comfort equilibrium condition;the travelers’ route selection behavior described by the speed-comfort user equilibrium model is consistent with the experience and has some practical significance;the established speed-comfort multi-user class mixed equilibrium model can describe the distribution of different route selection demands on the network and has good adaptability.The proposed model can compensate for the shortcomings of traditional traffic distribution models to a certain extent and has a potential reference value for accurately predicting the traffic flow distribution pattern of the network.
