Research On The Progress Management Of The Reconstruction Project Of Popular Science Venue

With the public’s increasing curiosity about scientific knowledge,the number of visitors to science popularization venues has been increasing year by year,increasing the pressure on the normal operation of science popularization venues.The damage rate of science popularization exhibition items in the venues has been rising,and the frequency of exhibition items needing upgrading is also higher.In the process of upgrading the popular science exhibition items,there are some problems in project schedule management.B hall is one of the earliest astronomy science popularization venues built in China.Due to the increasing number of visitors in recent years,the popular black hole exhibition in B Hall is under increasing operating pressure,and the failure rate of exhibition items is also rising.In order to maintain the good running state of the black hole exhibit,it is necessary to upgrade the exhibit.In the actual process of reform,the existing problems in the transformation progress how to elements in the limited time of upgrade,and ensure that escape from a black hole after reforming elements can respond to demand more diversified,assume more important task difficult,escape from a black hole is the key elements transformation project schedule management.This paper takes the project of escape from the Black Hole in hall B as an example,introduces the progress management,preparation and optimization methods of the project,and summarizes the challenges and opportunities faced by the science popularization venues in the new era.On this basis,through the research on the progress control of the exhibition item transformation project,the problems existing in the exhibition item transformation project of museum B and the main factors leading to these problems are analyzed.After the implementation of a series of improvement measures,the progress of the transformation project of the Escape from the Black Hole exhibition has been significantly improved,the consistency of the plan is stronger,and the audience’s satisfaction with the transformation project has been continuously improved.Although this paper takes the black Hole Escape exhibition project of hall B as the research basis,it also provides some reference for the progress management of other popular science exhibition project by proposing solutions to the problems.
