In order to solve the frequent traffic congestion caused by the contradiction between supply and demand in the urban transportation system,aiming at the multi-variable,multi-feedback and nonlinear urban traffic complex system,this paper adopts the system dynamics method to study the interaction between the congestion control measures and the urban traffic system.First of all,by analyzing the causes of traffic congestion,it summarizes the traffic congestion control measures that are currently implemented with good effects,namely,motor vehicle restriction,motor vehicle purchase restriction,adjustment of the proportion of traffic investment,bus priority,congestion charging,motor vehicle emission reduction,and carpooling.Its implementation method and effect are qualitatively analyzed,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the simulation of measures.Secondly,a dynamic model of Changsha’s road traffic system is constructed,the validity of the model is verified through behavioral reproduction tests,and the original scenario simulation is carried out.Determine the relationship between system boundaries and elements,and divide into seven subsystems:economic development,population,environmental pollution,traffic demand,traffic supply,traffic congestion,and vehicle ownership.Based on this,a causal circuit diagram and flow stock are established diagram,construct the structural equation.Compare the output results of the important variable model with historical data to verify the validity of the model.The system dynamics model is used to simulate and analyze the future development trend of traffic demand,traffic supply and traffic congestion.Thirdly,construct the traffic system dynamics model of the Xiangjiang River Crossing Channel and test it and simulate the original scenario.This model is based on the dynamic model of Changsha road traffic system,improves the original model parameters and structural equations,and considers the important role of the track in the traffic of the river crossing and the significant impact of the road carrying capacity of the river crossing on the sy stem.Traffic and road carrying capacity subsystems to test the validity of the model.The system dynamics model is used to simulate and analyze the future development trend of total road length,rail transit operation length,total private car trips and traffic congestion.Finally,considering the impact of congestion control measures on the road traffic system in Changsha,a dynamic model of the road traffic congestion control system in Changsha is constructed,and the congestion control measures are used as control factors to analyze the congestion control effects of single measures such as motor vehicle limit and bus city.Its impact on economy and environment,based on the orthogonal test of the combination of congestion control measures,obtained the optimal combination scheme of road traffic congestion control measures in Changsha City,and put forward measures and suggestions for urban traffic congestion in Changsha City;The impact of the traffic system,the dynamic model of the traffic congestion control system of the Xiangjiang River crossing channel is constructed,and the influence of single measures such as traffic investment measures and congestion charging measures on the traffic operation status is analyzed.The optimal combination plan of the traffic congestion control measures in the river passage,and put forward the measures and suggestions for the traffic congestion in the Xiangjiang river crossing channel.
