With the implementation of “The Belt and Road”,the China Railway Express has made outstanding achievements in terms of the number of trains,radiation range.In 2020,the number of China Railway Express has reached 12.4 thousand trains.In addition,in the context of COVID-19’s global outbreaks,China Railway Express has become the main land channel of international railway transportation.China Railway Express plays a crucial supporting role in the epidemic prevention materials transportation.However,there are some problems in the development of China Railway Express,such as repeated operation lines,scattered distribution of transport network in Europe and so on.These problems have resulted in the high transport cost of China Railway Express in Europe.What’s more,these problems restrict the high-quality development of China Railway Express.In order to optimize the transport network layout of China Railway Express,the layout of transport nodes is regard as the breakthrough in view of the existing problems of China Railway Express。First of all,the development status and network resources of China Railway Express are analyzed from these aspects:European freight corridors,Eurasian railway transportation corridors,European covered cities,port terminals,European hinterland terminals and so on.This thesis studies the organization mode and transportation network of China Railway Express,and analyzes the problems existing in the transportation network.By comparing the characteristics of point-to-point direct,hub and spoke,and hybrid transportation network,this thesis puts forward the optimization idea of constructing hybrid transportation network of China Railway Express.Secondly,based on the significance of node classification,all levels of nodes of China Railway Express are researched.Based on the principles of the node cluster indexes,the index system of node cluster is constructed.In order to identify candidate nodes at all levels,this thesis classifies nodes of China Railway Express in Europe by using the system clustering method.Furthermore,based on the function of all levels of nodes of China Railway Express,a multi-objective transportation network optimization model is constructed by considering transportation cost and transportation time.A staged function is designed to reflect the scale effect of transportation network.At the same time,the multi-objective function is transformed into a single objective function by introducing the time value of goods,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by solving the example with immune genetic algorithm.Finally,regarding to the multi-objective transportation network optimization model,relevant actual data is collected by searching the railway document and literature,researching and other ways.The transportation network of China Railway Express is solved.The hybrid transportation network can reduce the transportation cost by comparing its transportation cost with point-to-point direct,hub and spoke transportation network.
