| Due to the slowdown of global economic growth in the past years,coupled with the unstable trade relations between China and the United States,the spread of the new crown epidemic and the shortage of parts,the development of the automobile manufacturing industry in various countries around the world has been facing a lot of difficulties,and major automobile manufacturing enterprises have stopped production due to the epidemic and the shortage of parts,which has caused very serious losses.As an important part of the global economy,China has been strongly impacted by the world political situation and the epidemic economy,and many local automobile manufacturers have gone bankrupt because they could not bear the operating pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to study the turnover rate of production employees in Company B.In this paper,we study the reasons for the rising turnover rate of grassroots employees in recent years in Company B.Taking Company B Automobile Manufacturing as an example,we analyze the tendency of employees to leave and the influencing factors by using in-depth interviews,questionnaires and empirical analysis,and conclude that the main reasons for production workers to leave in Company B Automobile Manufacturing are unreasonable salary,high work pressure and low expectation matching.Finally,based on the analysis results,combined with the characteristics of B automobile manufacturing company,we propose corresponding countermeasures for the separation problem in B automobile manufacturing industry from three levels,namely,reducing work pressure,improving the matching degree between employees and work expectations,and improving the fulfillment degree of employees’ psychological contract,respectively.Through the above study,the aim is to reduce the rising turnover rate of production employees in automobile manufacturing enterprises and minimize the problems of increasing operation costs and loss of corporate human resources due to staff departures,as well as to provide some reference for the human resource management work of B automobile manufacturing company. |
