The strong electromagnetic pulse is a kind of high intensity transient pulse with steep fronts,wide frequency distribution,high instantaneous power,strong peak field,wide range of influence and other characteristics.High-intensity transient EMP will be coupled in the electronic equipment appears a strong interference signal,this signal will make electronic devices,electronic equipment and electronic systems caused by disorder,light interference with its normal work,heavy direct destruction,the safety of electronic equipment poses a great threat.The electro-explosive device,also known as electric explosive device,is a charge to ignite or detonation agent,can use different types of smaller external energy(including mechanical,thermal and electrical energy and other forms)excitation,combustion or explosion and other chemical effects,thus using the energy released to obtain some kind of chemical-physical or mechanical effects of the device,commonly used for ignition(ignition of various types of gunpowder agents),detonation(detonation of various types of gunpowder agents)or as a specific power energy(the use of combustion or explosion release of chemical energy,as the completion of a variety of special role of energy),is an important part of various types of weapons systems and aerospace devices,practical applications include artillery primers,airborne missiles radio fuzes,aircraft engine ignition,rocket booster ignition,folding wing deployment,etc.As the most sensitive role in the weapon system components,electro-explosive device in the manufacturing,storage and use process,itself and its connected relevant lines and components may become the receiving antenna.Therefore,the space strong EMP radiation field on the safety of the electro-explosive device there is a greater threat,rapid electromagnetic energy aggregation and thermal energy conversion,will make the agent accelerated decomposition,loss of security,may affect its normal firing performance or even lead to its accidental detonation,the safety of personnel and equipment safety poses a great threat.In this thesis,author analyzes the time-frequency domain characteristics of two typical strong electromagnetic pulse,combined with a typical double-pin scorching bridge wire type electro-explosive device composition structure and working principle,analysis of the strong electromagnetic pulse on the electro-explosive device coupling damage mechanism,extracted the electro-explosive device of the two main coupling elements,namely the pin and bridge wire.According to the different configurations of the electro-explosive device were proposed open circuit equivalent antenna model and loop equivalent antenna model,through theoretical research,simulation analysis and experimental verification of the coupling response characteristics of the electro-explosive device,the conclusions obtained are as follows.1.for the bridge wire impedance of this factor,whether loop configuration or open circuit configuration of the electro-explosive device,in the space irradiation field,the bridge wire equivalent load impedance in the typical value of 1~20Ω changes in the electro-explosive device coupling current impact is small,while the failure of the electro-explosive device and accidental fire with the bridge wire equivalent load impedance on the heating power I2RL related,so the greater the real part of the bridge wire equivalent load impedance RL The greater the heating power,the greater the threat of radiation field coupling to the electro-explosive device.2.for the open equivalent antenna configuration of the antenna arm(pin)length of this factor,in the space radiation field energy concentration frequency wavelength is much greater than the pin length,the electro-explosive device coupling current increases with the pin length;and in the space radiation field energy concentration frequency wavelength and pin length can be compared to the case,when the electro-explosive device open equivalent antenna model single antenna arm length and radiation field energy concentration frequency wavelength λ The frequency of the wavelength λ constitutes the electrical length l/λ=0.25 and its odd multiples,the coupling current on the equivalent load impedance of the bridge wire reaches a peak,and in the electrical length l/λ=0.25,the coupling current reaches the maximum,these frequencies are sensitive to the greater threat of electroexplosive device frequency.3.for the open circuit equivalent antenna configuration of the antenna arm(pin)angle this factor,for high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse and ultra-wide-spectrum high-power microwave and other transient electromagnetic pulse irradiation field,coupling current increases with the increase in angle.4.for the loop equivalent antenna under the loop perimeter of this factor,in the space radiation field energy concentration frequency wavelength is much greater than the loop perimeter,the electric detonator coupling current increases with the loop radius(perimeter);and in the space irradiation field energy concentration frequency wavelength and loop perimeter can be compared to the case,the coupling current of the maximum case appears in the loop perimeter C and space radiation field energy concentration frequency The corresponding wavelength λ relationship is near C/λ≈n(n is a positive integer).In this thesis,author analyzes the coupling mechanism and coupling response characteristics of two typical strong electromagnetic pulse irradiation on the two-pin hot bridge wire electric detonation device in detail,and the correctness of the obtained analysis conclusions is verified by theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and experimental verification,which provides theoretical support for the safety design of the electric detonation device under the irradiation of typical strong electromagnetic pulse.
