In congested urban traffic,the idling operation of cars and other red lights in time will make the engine work in the frequent switching process of starting,idling and acceleration,increasing the fuel consumption of the engine,and the fuel combustion of the engine is incomplete in this process.Emission of a large amount of pollutants is one of the main sources of urban air pollution,and vehicle start-stop technology is one of the main technologies to solve this problem.The automatic start-stop technology of automobiles is mainly suitable for vehicles waiting for signal lights or traffic jams.It can minimize the idling time of the engine,thereby reducing the fuel consumption of the whole vehicle.According to relevant data,the automatic start-stop system can save up to 15% of fuel in urban conditions.At the same time,before pure electric vehicles break through technical barriers,vehicle start-stop technology is an important technical means for vehicles to transition from conventional power to hybrid vehicles,and plays an important role in vehicle energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the current development trend of automotive technology and the actual needs of engineering applications,this paper studies and designs an automatic start-stop system for a certain type of 6AT automatic transmission,including integrated design technology of integrated electronic oil pump,parallel design technology of dual hydraulic systems,and design of automatic start-stop control system.technology,etc.,to realize the automatic start-stop control of a certain type of 6AT automatic transmission,the relevant test indicators meet the design requirements and actual vehicle matching verification requirements,and have the conditions for mass productionIn this paper,a certain type of 6-speed automatic transmission product of the author’s unit is used as a prototype,and the angle structure and working principle of the mechanical system,hydraulic system and electronic control system are analyzed in detail.According to the design requirements,in-depth research has been carried out on the design of the start-stop oil circuit,the selection design of the electronic oil pump,and the performance test of the electronic oil pump and the start-stop system.Specifically,it includes the selection of the electronic oil pump,the performance comparison analysis of the layout scheme,the system interface design,the working oil pressure verification of the electronic oil pump,the work ability test of the start-stop system and the start-up process test,etc.Optimize the design scheme,and carry out the hydraulic test verification of the electronic oil pump.The test method and test process of the start-stop system are given,which provides the basic data support for the design of the electronic oil pump control system in chapter four.Finally,the design process,control strategy and real vehicle verification process of the6 AT start-stop control system are given.Including the working principle of the start-stop control system,the analysis of the start-stop entry and exit conditions,the control strategy of the start-stop process,and the actual vehicle verification of the start-stop control strategy.The relevant research results provide the basis for the mass production of the 6AT automatic transmission automatic start-stop system.
