| Automobile is one of modern transportation tools, which plays a very convenient and rapid role for human daily life and transportation. Recently, with the development of world automotive industry, the amount of vehicles had a huge increasing whatever from absolute and relative views. And it is very serious that automobile consumes more fossil energy resources and pollutes environment badly.The non-renewability of fossil energy resource and smog weather of the world forced every government to realize that the strategy of sustainable development should be used in vehicle development, which can keep automotive industry giving help for the world economy.In order to solve the two problems(fossil energy consumption and air pollution)mentioned above and to keep the economy development, every countries of the world make using clean energy resources, few energy consumption vehicle and using replacement fuel vehicle as trends after more researches and validations. Clean and few fuel consumption vehicle type includes hybrid, plug-in hybrid, pure EV, fuel cell,mainly, alternative fuel vehicle type includes LPG(liquid petrol gas), CNG(compressed natural gas), LNG(liquid natural gas), methanol, and so on. For the two kinds of vehicle type, the pure electrical vehicle has been regarded as the main trend of clean type in the world.This research aim of the thesis is automatic start/stop system which belongs to hybrid technology. Automotive start/stop system is called as micro-hybrid in new energy resource technology too, which can control engine stall and restarting automatically to reduce unnecessary idle time, so it can reduce fuels consumption and carbon emission matched on vehicle. At the same time, it is very popular for vehicle manufacture firms due to its simple structure, mature technology, main suppliers Bosch and Delphi had more successful experiences, few cost increasing,easy realization of mass production, government policy support and good market.In this thesis, taking start/stop system as research aim, the contents include systemdefinition, structure, working principles, internal and domestic utilizing current status, and component’s working principles, the research will form theory base after study. And based on a project the author was ever responsible for on a sedan car,carried out government policy, engineering feasibility study, system control strategy,fuel saving testing and analysis, system working procedure operation analysis,diagnosis study, trouble analysis and solving solutions of development and running procedures, and so on, were made.The author grasped this kind of new energy resource technology of start/stop system deeply through the research of theory and practice, and matched on whole vehicle in engineering, realized the integration of theory and practice. The vehicle sells on the market finally, which created economy and society profit.This thesis has theory base and engineering utilization practice, the author wish it can give some help for teaching and engineering utilization of vehicle firms. |
