| With the rapid development of China’s national economy,some large-scale projects with peculiar shapes,complicated construction techniques and difficult construction have appeared in the construction industry;this brings opportunities to managers and is accompanied by a series of project management issues.As one of the three major goals of project management,project schedule control plays a vital role in the smooth implementation of the entire project.With the rapid advancement of Internet informatization technology,the construction industry is developing towards informatization,intelligence,parameterization,and refinement.The introduction of BIM technology into project management can well adapt to the current development trend of the construction industry.In order to reduce the loss of construction cost caused by uncontrolled project schedule,strengthen the project schedule management capability,and improve the construction schedule management level,this paper proposes a BIM-based project duration-cost collaborative optimization study.This article first systematically analyzed the concept,content and principle of the current construction schedule management,and pointed out its problems.Then summed up the advantages of construction schedule management based on BIM technology,highlighting the need for project management BIM technology application.Constructed a construction progress management framework based on BIM 4D,elaborated on the construction process of BIM 4D model,including the selection of BIM 3D model construction detail,3D modeling principle of Revit software,WBS work breakdown principle,project software construction schedule planning,navisworks software The platform realizes the integration of three-dimensional model and schedule plan,simulates on-site construction and construction process,collision detection analysis,etc.,in order to achieve the initial optimization of construction schedule.On this basis,in order to provide quantitative analysis for construction schedule optimization,the mathematical relationship between duration and cost is analyzed,and a duration-cost equilibrium optimization model is constructed.The traditional genetic algorithm and quantum genetic algorithm are used to find the optimal solution of the model The construction time of each process under the lowest construction cost is given.Finally,the feasibility of the study was verified through the actual project of a university complex.This paper has obtained the following conclusions by studying the construction progress of the project:(1)The construction schedule optimization system based on BIM technology constructed in this paper,through the use of BIM technology,can find technical problems that may occur in the construction process in advance,avoid the occurrence of rework,and provide a certain reference value for the actual project.(2)By using the genetic algorithm to solve the time-cost mathematical model,the working time of each construction process based on the lowest construction cost is obtained,which provides a quantitative reference for the construction progress of the project,which is conducive to achieving refined management of the construction progress and improving the level of project management Enterprises bring more benefits. |
