| China’s railway has been developed for more than 100 years.As a part of people’s production and life,it has become one of the important transportation facilities in our country,and it has an important position in economic and social development.The Baocheng Railway relies on the Qinling Mountains,is adjacent to the Jialing River,and passes through the Qinba Mountains.It is an important railway line connecting the southwest and northwest of my country.Its completion and start-up time was 1956.However,due to early construction time,low construction technology level,poor construction technology and materials,coupled with complex topography and geological structure and fragile natural environment,after decades of operation,railway equipment has become increasingly popular.Due to aging,railway transportation is facing higher requirements and more tests in terms of safety and stability.Therefore,this thesis takes the Baocheng Mountain Railway as the research object,and studies how to strengthen the prevention and control of railway safety risks in view of the disasters that occurred on the Baocheng Railway.This has a very positive effect on the establishment of a scientific,effective,practical,and localized risk prevention and control system,as well as ensuring the safety and stability of railway transportation in old mountainous areas.This paper starts from the perspective of flood prevention risk prevention and control of the old mountain railway,and takes the risk prevention and control and emergency response measures of the Baocheng mountain railway as the carrier,through analysis and refinement,proposes a risk prevention and control theoretical system.The specific content is as follows:(1)By consulting the data,we can understand the current theoretical knowledge of flood control risk prevention and control at home and abroad,summarize the common analysis methods of flood control risk prevention and control system,and combine the current flood control practice of Baocheng Mountain Railway to determine the suitability for Baocheng Mountain Railway analysis method: Analytic Hierarchy Process;and the influence of mountain railway on national economy and life and the status quo of Baocheng Railway.It is necessary to establish a risk prevention and control system for mountain railway.(2)Investigate and study the current topographic and geomorphic features of mountain railways in our country,the status quo of flood prevention and safety work,as well as specific disaster cases,summarize the disasters that are prone to mountain railways and the causes of floods,and propose two major hazards: disasters Environment and hazard factors include six important indicators such as topography,rainfall factors,vegetation conditions,geological conditions,hydrological conditions,and human activities.Use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each indicator,and sort the indicators by weight.(3)Specific analysis of each prevention and control system.According to the current deficiencies of railway prevention and control in this respect,based on the theoretical basis of the previously analyzed indicators,and related theories,a more scientific,comprehensive and applicable prevention and control system is proposed,namely: rainfall monitoring and early warning system,equipment inspection system,Emergency response system,new technology product application system.And its correctness and implementability have been verified in specific engineering cases.(4)Finally,each prevention and control system is combined into an organic whole according to its time sequence,mode of action and size,and a flood prevention risk prevention and control system suitable for old mountain railways is constructed. |
