Based on the analysis of the current situation of electric vehicle dynamic wireless power supply technology,this paper takes the coil array electric vehicle dynamic wireless power supply system based on the principle of magnetic coupling resonance as the research object.Considering the advantages of electromagnetic compatibility and safety,the system adopts the transmitting coil array laying scheme;The dynamic wireless power supply system is modeled and simplified,and the technical difficulties in the process of system design are analyzed.Aiming at the problems of mutual inductance change caused by coil offset at the receiving end and severe fluctuation of power supply power caused by load fluctuation,which affect the continuity and stability of power supply,this paper studies the power supply structure,compensation network design,magnetic coupling mechanism optimization and system control method of dynamic wireless power supply system from the perspective of smooth transmission power and efficiency fluctuation.The main research contents include:(1)The key electromagnetic coupling mechanism in the system design is studied.The coupling coil model is established by using ANSYS Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software.In order to improve the system efficiency,the mutual inductance change,coupling coefficient,electromagnetic field distribution law and anti offset performance of array coil are studied.(2)The system compensation topology network is designed.In order to reduce the fluctuation of mutual inductance coupling coefficient between coils and realize the stable transmission of electric energy,it is necessary to design a reasonable system compensation circuit topology.The transmitter coil side circuit adopts the designed compensation topology circuit,which can realize the purpose of decoupling the parameters of the primary circuit and the secondary receiving circuit in the dynamic process.The transmission efficiency of the system is modeled and analyzed to obtain the optimized transmission power and efficiency and the corresponding matching equivalent load impedance,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of system component parameters.(3)Research on system modeling and simulation.This paper focuses on the design of hardware circuit and magnetic coupling mechanism,analyzes and selects rectifier filter circuit,high-frequency inverter circuit and voltage stabilizing control circuit,and selects appropriate power supply control strategy to meet the power supply requirements of electric vehicles.Aiming at the problem that the system efficiency fluctuates violently due to the offset of receiving coil in the driving process of electric vehicle,the accuracy of theoretical analysis and model are verified by simulation.
