| In the case that the physical connection doesn’t exist and the relative motion happens between the power consumption equipment and the power transmission device,the dynamic wireless power supply system can realizes the power transmission with certain power and efficiency,which has attracted much attention in the field of electric vehicles and mobile robots.But in the process of the dynamic power supply,the relative position of the receiving coil of the power consumption equipment and the energy transmitting coil and the load are random and uncertain.Thus the output characteristics of the system are affected to increase the loss and reduce the service life and the reliability of the device and the system.Therefore,It is of great significance to study on the transmission characteristics of the novel dynamic wireless power supply system with magnetically coupled resonance.The development,the characteristics and the principle of dynamic wireless power supply system with magnetically coupled resonance are deeply understood in this paper.The model is established and the performance is analyzed of the system with magnetically coupled resonance based on LCL-S type.The resonance compensation structure is improved.The parameter configuration method of wireless power supply system with the improved resonant compensation structure is put forward.The transmission characteristics of the different wireless power supply systems are studied on.The comparision of the transmission characteristics are finished.The stability of the output power is improved and the fluctuation of the current of the inverter circuit is reduced in the wireless power supply system with the improved resonant compensation structure.The variation of mutual inductance between the receiving coil with different shapes and the rectangular track is researched on.The characteristics of centralized power supply guide rail mode and distributed power supply guide rail mode are compared analyzed.The electromagnetic coupling mechanism of the dynamic wireless power supply system with magnetically coupled resonance is designed.After the power conversion circuit and the switching devices are chosen,the power conversion module of is developed.In addition,the control system including the frequency tracking controlcircuit,wireless communication module and drive circuit and the protection circuits including overvoltage,overcurrent and overtemperature circuit are realized.The simulation platform and the test platform of the wireless power supply system are built.The simulation analysis and the test are carried out.The influence of frequency,distance and load on transmission characteristics of the system are analyzed.The simulation data and the test data show that the output power of the prototype is 3kW when the working frequency is from 83 kHz to 87 kHz.The system designed in this paper is practical. |
