With the development of science and technology and the improvement of economic level,the way of wireless transmission is increasingly showing its advantages.Magnetic resonance WPT technology,as a new type of wireless power transmission technology,has been put forward,attracting a large number of domestic and foreign researchers to join them.So far,a large number of scholars have studied the working principle,transmission structure and transmission characteristics of magnetic resonance WPT,but the research on important part of the system—high frequency power supply is less.The high-frequency power supply for WPT systems is mainly composed of power amplifiers and signal generators.This form of high-frequency power supply has the problem of difficulty matching and less power.Therefore,it is designed to design a flexible and suitable high-frequency power supply for WPT system is very necessary.Based on the domestic and foreign research status of magnetic resonance WPT technology,this paper analyzes the circuit consisting of the basic unit of the magnetic resonance WPT system and the high frequency power supply by studying the basic knowledge of the theory of power electronics and high frequency circuit,and obtains the law of the current in the circuit.Combined with the practical application,the two-coil transmission structure is selected in the field,and the transmission structure of the series resonator is used as the whole load of the front-end high-frequency inverter power supply design.The relationship between the power and efficiency of the system and the parameters of the system is derived.Then,the power and efficiency with the distance varing are simulated in MATLAB.Secondly,this papar completes the selection of the main circuit topology selection,the power switch device selection,the optocoupler isolation circuit design,Filter design,the design of the driver circuit based on the IRS2186,the design of control circuit based on the hardware and software of the TMSDSP28335,and the design of the fifth-order Butterworth,which eliminates the electromagnetic interference,and finally designed for the magnetic resonance WPT system of high-frequency inverter power supply,and produced this.The performance of the high frequency inverter power supply in the series resonant circuit is tested experimentally.The test results show that the high frequency inverter power supply can be used in the magnetic resonance WPT system.Finally,the performance of the high frequency inverter power source in the range of 150kHz-300 kHz is tested.Then,the power and efficiency of the WPT system are tested on the magnetic resonance WPT system,the simulation results are compared with the simulation results.For the system in a single transmitter power supply,the load power with the receiving coil distance increases rapidly decline,the single-emission power supply is improved to the dual-emission power supply.This paper analyzes the design principle of dual-emission power supply and the flow chart of the program algorithm,and completes the fabrication of the dual-emission power supply.Compared with the case of single-emission power supply and dual-emission power supply,the load power of the receiving coil changes as the distance vary between the two coils,and then the power stability experiment is designed.It is proved that the double-emission power source can maintain the stability of the load power.
