| Since entering the 21st century,domestic economy developed rapidly,in meanwhile,the level of management and technique of domestic enterprise also be promoted rapidly,all industries are booming,electrical drive projects of S company provide products and solution for large industrial enterprise,higher requirements requested for management level of electrical drive projects which caused by the mentioned change of market environmental,the project management need be more efficiency and elaborate.On the other hand,under the background of developing of industry 4.0 and digitization,as internal strategy of S company,each business unit need to boost the digitization deeply in order to support business development.It’s very necessary to build the project management information system suit the business characteristic of electrical drive projects,and then to improve the project management level towards higher efficiency and more refine which supported by information and digital technology.This study investigate the situation of organization and business and find the management problem,then analysis the real needs from system user,and then perform the system design base on the analysis,it has the very important meaning to guide system developer understanding the business and system architecture,and then develop the system with high efficiency and make it successful in one time.Analysis and design for project management information system of electrical drive projects is studied in this thesis,which overall using the method of investigation research,interdisciplinary research,systematic research,and related theory of system requirements analysis,and HIPO diagram method.During the study phase of system analysis,firstly to acquire the requirements by interview and investigation meeting,and illustrate these original user requirements clearly by use case diagram,then to analyze the functional requirements about the eight phases of project life cycle which including project handover,project start and planning,project design management,project procurement management,project device transportation management,project installation and commissioning management,project acceptance,project closing,and then to analyze the non-functional requirements about system performance,safety,reliability,ease for maintenance,ease for expansion.During the study phase of system design,firstly design the systematic module architecture,then B/S architecture Pattern is determined,design the network topology,hardware and software configuration,and then implement the process description and detail design by IPO diagram techniques for all sub-module under project handover module,Project schedule management module,system management and configuration module,finally design the database for above mentioned 3 module and present by E-R diagram and database tables.This study providing the reference basis for analysis and design of project management information system,which used for large device supply and system integration projects. |
