Research On Electric Power Equipment Maintenance Project Management System

With the development of information technology, computer database management information system has been widely used in various industries. In recent years, it has been used in the hydropower overhaul industry in the beginning.Information technology is essential management methods and tools in today’s information age, which is a generic terms that the enterprise managing information collection, storage, processing, handling, and being assist of decision-makingusing scientific methods. Information management is a systematic project, which is the introduction of a new management concept, management method, management mode. It will have a huge impact on the working methods of each employee, and change the way of people think.Promoting information technology in electric power equipment maintenance project management, is not only can quickly, efficiently, automatically and systematically stored, modify, search, and process large amounts of information,but also can control and manage the maintenance schedule, quality, cost whichis caused by a variety of natural and human factors in the repair process. The results of this study has a positive reference and practical value in promoting the maintenance of project management in the power system.First, this paper discusses the research status of hydropower equipment maintenance. From point of project management, the development of maintenancemode, theory of information management system, it is the existing problems in hydropower equipment overhaul, structure the overhaul project management system function module, research the main function of each module, analyzes detailed the control mechanism and control objectives of management information system in the maintenance of quality management, project management schedule management, safety management and cost control management module, andtake the GZB hydropower project as an empirical research. Application of computer management information systems not only can solve the problems existing in current maintenance project management in sabotage waiting, inconsistentof inspection standard and the behind schedule, but also can promote the management level of maintenance project.
