| The technical status of rail vehicles determines the construction quality of Metro to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to compare and select vehicle schemes proposed by different manufacturers in the planning and construction stages.At present,the choice is mainly decided by the experience and judgment of decision-making experts.There is no unified measurement scale for various qualitative and quantitative indicators of vehicle schemes,and the relative importance of each indicator cannot be considered.In addition,the medium and small volume urban rail transit system other than the metro is still in the development stage in China,and the industry has no consensus on the choice of planning and construction system,resulting in continuous disputes over the implementation effect of the medium and small volume urban rail transit system in planning and operation.This thesis carries out theoretical and applied research on the hot issues in the construction of these two types of urban rail transit.The goal is to establish a standardized and procedural decision-making system for the comparison and selection of metro vehicle schemes and the selection of urban rail systems with small and medium traffic volume,so that the construction of urban rail transit can better meet the needs of the city and serve the development of the city.The technical and economic characteristics of metro vehicles are analyzed from four aspects: safety,operation ability,energy conservation and environmental protection,and comfort.A vehicle scheme evaluation system covering 4 categories and 29 qualitative and quantitative indicators is established.On this basis,a vehicle scheme comparison and selection strategy based on the classification and evaluation of various technical and economic characteristics is proposed.The multi-attribute decision-making model approaching the ideal solution is selected as the decision-making method of the safety and application ability index set,and the multi-attribute decision-making model based on the grey correlation degree is used as the decision-making method of the energy conservation,environmental protection and comfort index set.For system type selection,based on the analysis of the technical characteristics and applicable scope of typical medium and small volume urban rail transit systems,a system type evaluation system covering 4 categories and 13 qualitative and quantitative indicators is established.Combined with the actual needs of the project,two types of urban rail system type selection strategies for small and medium-sized traffic volume considering the economic environment of the city and the preference of decision-making experts are proposed.The multi-attribute decision-making model based on utility theory is selected as the selection decision-making method considering the economic environment,and the multi-attribute decision-making model considering the preferences of decision makers is selected as the selection decision-making method in which experts have preferences for the system.Based on Python language and QT designer interface design tool,a decision-making software for metro vehicle scheme comparison and type selection of urban rail transit system with small and medium traffic volume is developed.The software is open and universal,including data preprocessing,model base,help modules.In the data preprocessing module,in order to solve the problem of calculating the language evaluation value of qualitative indicators,the cloud model uncertainty reasoning rules are used to convert the qualitative language value to the quantitative value,which retains the randomness and fuzziness of the language evaluation value to the greatest extent.Taking G rail transit line 5 as an example,the vehicle scheme comparison and selection are carried out,and the results are consistent with the engineering practice,which verifies the rationality of the proposed metro vehicle scheme comparison and selection strategy and decision-making method.Taking S Rail Transit Line 1 and M rail transit line D3 as examples,the influence laws of economic environment and expert preference on system type selection are obtained,and the research results on the decisionmaking method of urban rail system with small and medium traffic volume are verified.There are 35 figures,51 tables and 96 references in this paper. |
