| The shunting plan of the EMU is one of the most important operation plan for the EMU operation.The quality of its preparation is not only related to the operation efficiency of the EMU and the labor hours of the maintenance personnel of the EMU,but also may affect the smooth implementation of the EMU operation plan,which in turn affects the high-speed rail.The smooth implementation of the transport organization.However,at present,the preparation of shunting plans of many domestic EMUs still mainly relies on manual completion by business personnel,and there is a lack of applications that use computers to assist in the automatic preparation and adjustment of shunting plans.To this end,combined with the author’s actual work experience in Tianjin EMU,this paper will take the optimization and adjustment of the shunting plan of the EMU as the research object,try to establish an optimization model of the shunting plan of the EMU,and use the heuristic algorithm to construct the corresponding solution.algorithm.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,the main business content of the EMU,the business process of EMU maintenance,etc.,the paper analyzes the influence of the different "yards" of the EMU and the location of the car washing line on the preparation of the shunting plan.On this basis,the manual preparation method of the adjustment plan is summarized,and the adjustment requirements and manual adjustment methods of the shunting plan are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,based on the above-mentioned business analysis,the paper fully considers the share lane occupancy constraints of the EMU,and takes the earliest completion time of the maintenance of the last EMU as the goal.According to the adjustment method,combined with domain knowledge,the corresponding coding rules,population initialization methods and genetic operators such as crossover and mutation are designed.Finally,the historical shunting data of Tianjin EMU is used to verify the optimal compilation model of the shunting plan and the corresponding algorithm.At the same time,the plan adjustment needs are simulated to verify the adjustment method of the shunting plan.The research results of this paper have positive significance for improving the maintenance efficiency of the high-speed train station,reducing the labor intensity of related planning and dispatching personnel,and strengthening the high-speed rail transportation organization guarantee ability of the high-speed train station. |
