Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous expansion and improvement of the high-speed railway network scale and road network structure,the high-speed railway has become an integral part of the public life.With the characteristics of low travel cost,high speed,high safety and comfort,the high-speed railway has become a traveler preferred.Facing such a large demand for travel,the relevant departments of railways actively started with the supply side and continuously increased the number of EMUs to increase the supply of transported displacement products.Under this background,due to the continuous increase in the number of EMUs operating,as the EMU maintenance and adjustment base-the EMUs Depot has also increased rapidly,which in turn leads to the use of existing facilities and equipment capacity of the EMUs Depot increasing tension.This paper is based on the domestic and foreign research status of EMUs Depot,especially the research results of the organization arrangement of the operation,the optimization of the operation process and the preparation of the maintenance plan.Through the analysis of the specific operation content and process of the EMU in the EMUs Depot,the capability of maintenance,cleaning and train storage can be further refined,and the corresponding evaluation indexes are seted up.Based on this,on the one hand,we build an improved model of the EMUs Depot capacity,and use CPLEX software to solve the model,and get the maximum practical and effective ability in theory.On the other hand,using Anylogic commercial software to establish the operation simulation model of the EMUs Depot,and get the most practical application ability.Finally,the two calculation results are analyzed using the constructed evaluation indicators.The bottleneck and capacity expansion suggestions for the capacity of the EMUs Depot are summarized.The specific research content of the paper is divided into the following sections:(1)Combining with the current development background of high speed railway,this paper introduces the research methods and means for the utilization of station equipment at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of the development of EMU Depots,the main problems existing at present and the developing trend of our country’s EMU Depots.(2)Define EMU Depots capacity.The basic station layout,equipment and facility configuration of EMU Depots are analyzed.Based on this,the operation process of the EMU at the EMU Depots and the operating characteristics of the EMU Depots are summarized.This paper analyzes the components of the EMUs Depot’s capability,points out the factors that affect the EMU Depots’s ability,and puts forward the capability evaluation index system of the EMU Depots based on the existing research basis.(3)Establish an optimization model for capacity utilization of EMUs Depot.The operation contents and operating time limit of the EMUs in the EMUs Depot.In order to reduce the delay time of the repair and repair operation of the EMUs and improve the capacity utilization level of the EMUs Depot,and finally selected the CPLEX software to solve the model.(4)Establish a simulation optimization model combined with computer technology.The principle of simulation optimization is expounded,the structure of the simulation system is divided,the key algorithms and mechanisms in the simulation process are formulated.Finally,the relationship between the simulation elements and the actual objects is established through the logical process,and the simulation of the system of theEMUs Depot is realized.(5)Taking Zhengzhou East EMUs Depot as an example for simulation modeling.Run the simulation system to obtain relevant capability indicators,solve the mathematical optimization model established by ILOG CPLEX,compare and analyze the indexes obtained by the two methods,find the capacity of the EMUs Depot to use the"bottleneck".Combined with the actual situation,the optimization and improvement plan is put forward,and the feasibility of the improved scheme is verified by simulation method.
