| In recent years,with the rapid development of container transportation industry,the number of container card has increased significantly,and the demand for container card parking has become more and more urgent.At the same time,the container transportation facilities and the lack of information service,set the layout of the parking lot card failed to keep up with,cause the set card vehicle parking place,not to stop the place such as phenomenon occurs frequently,which cause traffic jams,many problems,such as public security hidden danger and environment pollution,the serious influence to the urban development and urban People’s Daily life.On the other hand,truck drivers lack temporary rest places,labor safety can not be guaranteed,disorderly parking resulting in license plate copying,diesel tires and other stolen cases occur.Therefore,the planning and construction of card parking lot and supporting facilities is imminent.How to reasonably plan the parking space and layout the location of each region,which can not only meet the current parking demand near the parking lot,alleviate the "parking difficulty" problem,but also avoid the waste of resources caused by blind construction,is particularly important.Under this background,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of K company’s truck parking lot,understands the basic situation,parking problems and planning and construction goals of K company’s truck parking lot,determines its parking service objects and parking function service areas,and studies different parking needs.Parking types under different time dimensions and the distribution characteristics of parking demand under different time dimensions.Secondly,a parking space arrangement model of the parking lot is constructed,and computer simulation is carried out in combination with specific data,and the optimal parking space angle and arrangement method of K company’s truck parking lot under the maximized space utilization are calculated in the planning area.Thirdly,the improved SLP method is used to deeply study the relationship between the traffic flow and the frequency of people flow in each functional service area of K company’s truck parking lot and the relationship between functional service areas,and after obtaining the comprehensive relationship between functional service areas,the traditional manual layout adjustment method is abandoned.,establish a mathematical model of the location relationship layout of the functional service area of the truck parking lot,and obtain the optimal location relationship layout map through the genetic algorithm.After that,combined with the influencing factors of K company’s truck parking lot layout,the alternative planning scheme was determined,and the AHP method was used to compare and select the best alternatives,and finally the K company truck parking lot planning layout scheme was obtained,and relevant planning suggestions and expected use effects were given.analyze.Finally,the cost-benefit analysis of the truck parking lot of company K in the planning scheme is carried out,the fixed and operating costs of the truck parking lot of company K are calculated,and the internal rate of return of the truck parking lot of company K is elastically analyzed.In this paper,the planning and research on the parking lot of K company is carried out under the consideration of the problems of "difficult parking and management" of roadside parking near K Company’s self-operated container yard and the current national policy of protecting the rights and interests of workers in new employment forms.This study provides a new reference for the planning and construction of the container parking lot of K Company,and supplements the case of the planning and construction of the container parking lot around the container yard in China,which is of practical significance. |
