Abstract/Summary:
Corrugated steel structure is a highly industrialized fabricated structure, which is suitable for the construction and reinforcement of fabricated underground comprehensive pipe gallery,tunnel,soil-covered bridge, culvert and other engineering projects.Because the corrugated steel is often used in underground structures under the restriction of concealed excavation construction or other construction space conditions,it is necessary to use the inner splicing flange to connect the corrugated plates, but the stress characteristics of this kind of connection form are still unclear and need to be studied. In this paper, the mechanical performance of spliced flange joints in corrugated steel structure is studied, and the following aspects are carried out:(1)The bending capacity test of corrugated steel plate model with internal splicing flange connection joint is carried out,the difference of plate mechanical performance with different geometric parameters and corrugated plate waveform parameters is obtained, the mechanical performance and failure mode of connection joint are summarized, and reasonable strengthening measures are given according to the stress form of connection joint, and the effectiveness of the strengthening measures is verified by experiments.(2)Combined with the common modeling and calculation methods of corrugated steel structure, the reasonable modeling method of flange connected corrugated steel structure is discussed, and the recommended finite element model parameters are obtained through the measured data and finite element calculation data obtained from the test.(3)Determine the reasonable finite element modeling method of corrugated steel internal splicing flange connection joint, and after verifying the effectiveness of the model, quantitatively analyze the influence of flange plate thickness, corrugated plate waveform and other parameters on the mechanical performance of the joint or member, and obtain the sensitivity of the bearing capacity and stiffness of the connection joint or member to each parameter,At the same time, the stress characteristics of the same component in different directions are analyzed, and the difference of stress performance in each direction is obtained.(4)Based on the test results and finite element calculation results, the deformation and failure modes of connection joints are analyzed, and the calculation methods of bearing capacity controlled by different failure modes are obtained. At the same time, the calculation theory of bearing capacity of more complex flange yield failure mode is compared with the measured data and finite element calculation results, the application scope of this method is obtained and its limitations are revealed.
