| In recent years, more and more project in the form of space structure, and achieved a considerable economic benefits.Used in the space structure is steel structure, and the joints in the steel structure connection is crucial, because of the destruction of the joints tends to cause the destruction of the whole structure, steel structure with multiple joints form.So far, few researchers research on the ultimate bearing capacity of steel tubular Bending-Joints, and the specification doesn’t give its corresponding formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity, to a certain extent to inconvenience engineering design.Given this situation, the research of steel tubular Bending-Joints is very necessary, because of its theoretical significance and practical value are very important.The steel tubular Bending-Joints is more complex, factors affecting the ultimate bearing capacity.Because this article research the tubular Bending-Joints action is very close to the lap of the steel tubular K-Joints, thus can be regarded it as a special form of steel tubular K-Joints, in carries on the nonlinear finite element analysis, mainly refer to the relevant research data on the steel tubular K-Joints and KK-Joints.This paper based on the theory of nonlinear finite element method, in reference to a large number of steel tubular K-Joints and Bending-Joints based on research data, using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, using three dimensional elastoplastic entity unit 10 nodes, at the same time considering material and geometrical nonlinear properties of steel tubular Bending-Joints of the static behavior is studied.In after introducing the basic theory part, this article through the finite element software ANSYS to five groups of different geometric parameters(βã€Î³ã€Ï„ã€Î¸) Bending-Joints of the finite element analysis, it is concluded that the steel tubular Bending-Joints phase of the joints, the ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode, failure characteristics and ANSYS to calculate the finite element results and the standard formula to calculate the ultimate bearing force of contrast, and reached a conclusion that head bending can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the joints.Through the whole process of stress analysis of the joints, extension characteristics of plastic zone are obtained.Based on the different geometric parameters(βã€Î³ã€Ï„ã€Î¸) the ultimate bearing capacity of the joints and the analysis load- displacement curve, we can see what are the main factors affecting the ultimate bearing capacity, and it is concluded that the ultimate bearing capacity vary with the geometric parameters, the change rule of some useful conclusions, to provide the reference for the engineering design of the joints. |
