Industrial heritage is an important part of my country’s historical and cultural heritage,and its protection has gradually become an important special plan and incorporated into the overall urban and rural historical and cultural heritage protection planning system.First,the delimitation of the protection scope and the construction control zone is a key step.However,my country’s industrial heritage protection started relatively late,and the research on the delimitation of its construction control zones is far less comprehensive and extensive than other types of historical and cultural heritage construction control zones.In theory and practice,it basically refers to the construction control of historical and cultural heritage of ancient buildings.Zone delimitation method.However,due to the lack of consideration of the uniqueness of the industrial heritage and the relationship between them,especially the integrity of the factory area and the limitation of the protection boundary,too much attention is paid to the part of the heritage and the heritage buildings,which cannot create a holistic,complete and real Protect the environment and atmosphere.As China’s first nuclear weapons research and development base,Xihai Town is a well-preserved industrial and cultural historical and cultural heritage with a vicissitudes of history,with high cultural value and high historical status.The State Administration of Cultural Heritage approved the preparation of its protection plan in 2007,and adjusted the boundaries of heritage protection in 2018.However,there are still regrets such as "insufficient consideration of elements" and "insufficient consideration of site memory" in the delineation of construction control zones.Therefore,this paper will take the industrial heritage of Xihai Town as an example,with the help of the introduction of the field theory,to explore the delineation of ideas and approaches,to carry out the overall and partial correlation analysis of the industrial heritage of Xihai Town and the surrounding environment,and to complete the construction control of the industrial heritage of Xihai Town.Zone delimitation.This paper firstly sorts out the relevant theories and practices of industrial heritage and historical cultural heritage related construction control zones,and clarifies the particularity and existing problems of the delineation of industrial heritage construction control zones through comparison.Secondly,the field theory is introduced to solve the problem,and through the spatial interpretation of the field,the classification of the constituent elements,the hierarchical analysis of the effect level and the relationship between the protection and control of the industrial heritage are analyzed,so as to construct the overall protective field of the industrial heritage,and clearly define the ideas.: From the composition of the protective field,that is,the ontology field,the environmental field,and the visual perception and behavioral activities,it points out the factors influencing the delineation of the industrial heritage construction control zone;from the field effect,the strong field and equilibrium field of the industrial heritage And weak field classification,put forward the spatial requirements and methods of construction control delineation at different levels,and then take 22 industrial heritages in Xihai Town as examples,sort out the overall construction situation of Xihai Town,the characteristics and protection status of industrial heritage,from the site composition three On the one hand,the factors affecting the delineation of Xihai Town’s industrial heritage construction control zone are analyzed by type,and finally the delineation of Xihai Town’s industrial heritage construction control zone under different field effect levels is completed.The advantages and disadvantages of the delineation of the industrial heritage construction control zone of Xihai Town under the application of the field theory.The final study found that although industrial heritage belongs to historical and cultural heritage,it has its own particularity due to the relevance and continuity of industrial behavior.Therefore,under different circumstances,the construction control zone may be an accessory to the protection of heritage itself.It is also the bearing place for the extension of the associated space,and its delimitation cannot be carried out with reference to the pattern of historical and cultural heritage.The introduction of the field theory provides a way of thinking for the delineation of industrial heritage construction control zones to a certain extent,and preliminarily solves the problems of ignoring the“insufficient consideration of the overall and local relationships” and the “insufficient consideration of the delineation elements”,which enriches the control of industrial heritage construction.Discussion and practice of zone delineation.
