Research On The Development Mode Of Village And Town Cluster Under The Background Of New Rural Construction

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the urban and rural have the unbalanced development in the social structure,industry,population and so on.The rural have occurred the agricultural production system disintegration,inefficient use of resources,industry single,economic and cultural development lags behind,grass-roots social organization slack and other social problems.Those mountainous villages affected by poverty and natural disasters are still lagging behind.The poverty-stricken mountain areas around Beijing and Tianjin are rich in natural resources and human resources,and the task of rural transformation and development is urgent and arduous.To solve the above problems,to realize the sustainable development of villages and towns,it is necessary to carry out scientific and rational planning of the villages and towns,break the inherent administrative division,overall development of the group mode,promote the construction of new countryside solidly and realize the final urban-rural integration.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign regional development planning,this paper analyzes the trend and influencing factors of the development of villages and towns,sums up the theoretical and practical experience and draws the applicability of the symbiosis theory in the planning of village groups.Then,the symbiosis system of village and town group planning is analyzed in four aspects: ecological symbiosis,industrial symbiosis,symbiosis of facilities and space symbiosis,and the construction of tour groups is clarified in detail.In the paper,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of village group formation and the construction principles and ideas;Principles and steps,the paper puts forward the strategy of constructing cluster spatial pattern based on the symbiosis theory.At last,taking the group development plan of Longquan Guan Town in Fuping County as an example,this paper analyzes the development status of Longquan Pass and the space symbiosis system,classifies Longquanuan village group gradually,constructs production function type,service function type,life function type,And it is shown that the symbiosis theory has a strong applicability to the reconstruction of villages and towns.The reconstruction of villages and towns based on the symbiosis strategy can ensure the interconnection of villages and towns,Resource utilization efficiency,to achieve the village "Resource sharing,Environment construction",so that the regional economic development has been a virtuous circle,and ultimately achieve regional balanced development and regional integration.Therefore,the effectiveness of the group is not only the growth of existing interests,but also contribute to the establishment of regional long-term development mechanism.
