diversification;medical and health services are facing unprecedented challenges;urbanization is accelerating,entering an aging society,and a spectrum of diseases Changes,the rapid spread of infectious diseases,etc.,are closely related to the construction of medical and health services.At the same time,people’s concept of medical treatment has changed,from "treatment of existing diseases" to "treatment of untreated diseases",and the status of medical facilities has been continuously improved.The built environment around medical facilities has a huge impact on medical travel,and has a great relationship with the life,transportation,leisure and other behaviors of medical subjects.However,relevant documents and standards are insufficient in this regard.Therefore,related research on medical facilities and their surrounding built environment become extremely important.In addition to undertaking the medical tasks of the city,the top three hospitals in Xi’an also undertake the functions of medical services in the northwest region.Based on the investigation of the built environment and medical treatment behavior around the top three hospitals in Xi’an,combined with literature surveys,in-depth interviews,etc.,combined with the theory of space-behavior interaction and the location theory of public service facilities,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for the built environment around the top three hospitals in Xi’an..From objective and subjective perspectives,the built environment around the top three hospitals in Xi’an is evaluated through entropy weight method and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).Strategy.Through empirical research on the built environment and medical travel around the top three hospitals in Xi’an,the problems existing in the current built environment are found,and the quality of medical travel can be improved through the optimization of the built environment.Firstly,it summarizes domestic and foreign research results on built environment,medical facilities,medical treatment behavior,space-behavior interaction theory,and location theory of public service facilities,and determines research ideas and evaluation methods.Secondly,through literature summarization,in-depth interviews,field research and other methods to construct an evaluation index system for the built environment around the top three hospitals.The index system has a total of 26 index factors in three levels and three categories.Through Pearson correlation analysis,a total of 18 evaluation index factors were screened out..Through the entropy weight method to evaluate the built environment around the hospital from an objective point of view,it is found that the hospitals with relatively good built environment include the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,the Stomatological Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,the Central Hospital of Xi’an,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University School of Medicine,Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital.Through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to evaluate the built environment around the hospital from a subjective point of view,it is found that the surveyed users currently evaluate the overall condition of the built environment around the top three hospitals at a generally higher level;the hospitals with higher scores are Xi’an Transportation University Stomatological Hospital,First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital,Shaanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital,Air Force 986 Hospital(North District),Xi’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,etc.The evaluation is made from two perspectives,objective and subjective,and the results of the two are compared,and the characteristics of the built environment surrounding the top three hospitals in Xi’an are analyzed.Pedestrian space and greening system are relatively poor.Through the index weights and evaluation results,combined with IPA positioning analysis,it is found that the main problems of the built environment around the top three hospitals in Xi’an are: first,the convenience of the pedestrian traffic system is insufficient;second,the hospital identification system is not perfect;third,the peak of medical treatment Period traffic flow conflicts;fourth,the pedestrian crossing system is not perfect.Finally,for the optimization strategy of the built environment around the tertiary hospitals,adhere to the people-oriented and local conditions,and put forward specific improvement strategies for the built environment from three dimensions,namely improving the smoothness of the slow system passage,increasing the width of pedestrian roads,optimizing public transportation routes,optimizing Cross-street facilities and the duration of traffic lights,improve the mix of land use,improve the type of commercial facilities,optimize the greening system,improve the sign system,etc.,build a medical-friendly travel environment,and improve the quality of medical travel.Taking Tangdu Hospital as an example,we found the current problems in the built environment around Tangdu Hospital.By improving commercial functions,optimizing chronic systems,increasing open space,and coordinating traffic diversion,we improved the built environment around Tangdu Hospital and improved medical treatment.travel quality.This paper starts with the evaluation of the built environment around the hospital,builds the evaluation index system of the built environment around the top three hospitals in Xi’an,explores the current problems in the built environment around the top three hospitals,and briefly proposes optimization strategies.It is hoped that it can provide a certain reference for relevant research,and also hope to provide certain ideas for the introduction of relevant standards and documents for the planning and layout of medical facilities. |
