Passenger Train Operation Plan Adjustment Of Mountainous Railway Network Under The Disaster Conditions

In recent years Mountain railway transportation frequently affected by various natural disasters. The natural disasters destroy facilities and equipment of railway. It has seriously influenced the normal railway transportation organization. It is very hard to rescue and organize during and after the disaster. It damages the railway sector economic interests. At the same time, it also reduces the passenger transport service quality. So it is very important to research passenger train paths distributing and operation plan adjustment under disaster.The paper is on the background of Cheng Du Bureau. Based on the theory and method of railway passenger transportation, we analyzed passenger train paths distributing and operation plan adjustment. The main jobs of this paper have three aspects.(1) This paper summarizes the seven organization method under the condition of the disasters according to the operation adjustment instance in Chengdu railway bureau. At the same time it analyses the suitability of seven transport organization methods according to the different status of passenger trains.(2) Train Paths Distributing is the main point of passenger Operation plan adjustment. The Paper analyzes the relevant factors and principle of train paths distributing. And it establishes Train Paths Distributing model with target of minimizing the total running time of all trains on the new paths. We design the solving algorithm and Train Paths Distributing model is verified by examples.(3) The paper mainly analyzes the number of passenger train marshalling, operation zone, the speed of train and stops. And we also study the adjustment of the number of passenger train and train level.
