In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of "park city",which is a requirement for China's urban construction in the new era.This new urban development concept transforms the past "building parks in cities" into the current "building in parks" Build a city ".With the progress of the times,small cities have gradually entered the stage of development.Unlike large and medium-sized cities with sound development foundations,the growing recreational needs of people in small cities need to be met urgently;at the same time,solving the urban-rural dual structure and achieving urban-rural integration are important issues for development.In recent years,the revision of various standards and norms related to landscape architecture has brought new challenges to the original urban green space system planning.Against this background,it is particularly important to propose a system evaluation and planning method for small urban parks that coordinate urban and rural development and coordinate development.The second chapter of this paper investigates and summarizes such problems.According to the new version of the urban green space classification standard,the recreational function is taken as the main consideration to sort out the green space.Taking the administrative area space as the category,the park green space is combined with the scenic recreation green space.The concept of a Holistic park system for small cities.In the third chapter of this paper,through the comprehensive study of urban public recreation space theory,urban green space spatial pattern theory and green land service radius theory,a green land service area coverage rate is quantified to reflect the appraisal system of the suitability of recreation services in the Holistic park system.Conduct field research on the research target city,select various green areas in the Holistic park system as cases to conduct interviews and questionnaire surveys,obtain urban and rural residents' visit data,use this as a basis to calculate the green park service radius of the Holistic park system,and write the data into the geographic information database,Imported into ArcGIS software for calculation,and graphically reflected the green area service area coverage of the city's Holistic park system,and conducted service suitability graded evaluation,and conducted spatial differentiation research in different administrative regions.So as to comprehensively evaluate the construction level and existing problems of the Holistic park system in the target city,and optimize and upgrade based on this.After the completion of the evaluation system of the small city Holistic park system,the fourth chapter of this paper selects Lijin County,Dongying City,Shandong Province as the research area.Construct two major optimization principles,and rely on the concepts of patch,corridor,and matrix in landscape ecology to optimize the layout of the Lijin County Holistic park system from three aspects: point,line,and surface,and propose to improve the central urban area Holistic park Three-dimensional optimization of the system,enhancing the accessibility of the Holistic park system at the county level and building a Holistic park system based on natural resources.The central urban area of Lijin County Holistic Park System and various green areas within the county area were renovated and upgraded.Finally,after re-evaluation and verification,the service area coverage rate of Lijin County Holistic Park System was significantly improved compared with before the renovation,and the service suitability of each administrative district The ratings have been improved to varying degrees.
