In the context of economic globalization,the competition in the home appliance industry is particularly fierce.Adequate working capital is one of the essential elements to ensure good business operations.Therefore,it is important for companies to ensure that their working capital is maintained at a healthy level through effective management methods to ensure that they can continue to provide a boost to their growth.In addition,the effective management of working capital can also reduce the consumption of funds in business activities and relatively promote the improvement of business profitability.Therefore,home appliance companies need to further improve their own working capital management level to ensure the high efficiency of enterprise working capital management.In this paper,Company A is selected as a case study,and its working capital management is studied by combining with value creation theory.After introducing the background and significance of this paper,we summarize the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad.On this basis,the concepts and theoretical foundations of working capital management and value creation are summarized and outlined.The third chapter of this paper analyzes the current situation of working capital management in Company A,and then explores the efficiency of working capital management in the value chain of Company A from two perspectives: external value chain and internal value chain.Based on the analysis results of the current situation of working capital management in Company A,we understand the problems of working capital management in Company A and the causes of the problems.Finally,from the perspective of value creation,we propose measures to optimize working capital management.
