| In recent years,the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC)has continuously promoted the central enterprises to carry out the pressure control work of the "two funds",and all central enterprises attach great importance to it and take active actions.Through efforts in recent years,the rapid growth of the occupation of the "two funds" has been effectively curtailed."Two gold",as an important part of enterprise assets,inventory in the enterprise plays an important role in the production and business operation activities,scientific and reasonable inventory takes up to optimize the structure of corporate assets,promote enterprise has great significance to the economic operation quality improvement,inventory management level and means of ascension will direct the enhancement enterprise’s overall profitability.Among the central manufacturing enterprises,aero-engine enterprises are particularly special.Influenced by the complex structure of aero-engine and frequent technical iterations,the production and manufacturing process is complicated,and the difficulty of inventory management and cost control increases accordingly.LM Company,as the main carrier of domestic aero engines,carries the core power of national air and sea control.How to make the enterprise run efficiently and provide high-quality products while achieving economic goals is an urgent problem to be solved.The author of this thesis has been engaged in inventory management in military enterprises for many years and has rich inventory management experience.The research ideas of this paper are as follows: First of all,through the study of advanced theoretical basis at home and abroad,through literature analysis,case analysis and field research methods of LM company inventory management problems are studied;Secondly,by introducing several basic theories of inventory management,such as ABC classification,quantitative order method and safe inventory method,the basic theoretical basis of inventory management is clarified.Again the author combined with many years of inventory management experience,LM company inventory management status analysis,clear existing problems and the cause of the formation of the problem;Finally,combined with the theory of LM company inventory management improvement countermeasures,help LM company and other manufacturing enterprises more efficient operation,improve the efficiency of inventory management and turnover efficiency. |
