With the advent of the era of global economic integration and pluralism,competition without borders has become increasingly fierce.Competition between multinational corporations,competition between supply chains plays a decisive role,and competition between companies and companies is more about competition between supply chains and supply chains.Inventory management is a key part of business operations and supply chain management.Based on the inventory problems generated by the actual work of the PV industry project,this dissertation studies and discusses the project adjustment material management,and proposes corresponding optimization plans,hoping to contribute to China’s photovoltaic power generation industry.This thesis takes X New Energy Company as the research object,research on the inventory material management.Firstly,combined with the development research of photovoltaic industry,it summarizes the academic research status of inventory management research,material classification research and supply chain management research.Secondly,combined with the current situation of X New Energy’s procurement and inventory,it raised questions about the stocks that have been generated.Through the quantitative analysis method,the enterprise inventory data is decomposed in detail,and the reasons for the inventory of different types of materials are analyzed through qualitative analysis.Then,based on the characteristics of the photovoltaic industry and photovoltaic power plant project,the company’s inventory materials are classified by the Karajak matrix model,and the different types of supplier evaluations are compared and analyzed.Finally,the project adjusts the inventory materials from four aspects,the information system is expanded and improved,the improved information system ERP-PM-SRM cooperates with KANBAN+JIT to improve;shorten the procurement cycle to improve;delay manufacturing and VMI phase Improve the combination;expand the application strategy of the supply chain to comprehensively improve the project to improve material management and improvement.At the end of the thesis,the data of the staged results obtained were reported and the future research directions were prospected.Based on the work experience of supply chain management,project management,supplier management and inventory management involved in my work,this thesis analyzes the research on asset management based on project adjustments from different angles,and promotes the improvement of material management in the same industry as well as an example for reference.
