Abstract/Summary:
The Internet of Things is an extension and expansion of the Internet.It is the combination of wireless network communication technology with sensors,RADIO frequency identification,big data and cloud computing.The application of Internet of Things technology can greatly improve the level of industrial automation and make our life more convenient.In the 5G era,the development of the Internet of Things industry has entered the fast lane,which is widely used in all walks of life.In 2019,The State Grid Corporation of China put forward the strategy of building ubiquitous power iot,which is planned to be fully completed by 2024.Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things is the product of the combination of Internet of Things technology and power system,which can make each link in the power system realize the interconnection between equipment and equipment and between people and equipment,comprehensively improve the state perception and information processing ability of the power grid,and make the power system more intelligent.Circuit breakers are widely used in power system,which can carry,disconnect and close normal working current,and also disconnect short-circuit current.Circuit breaker not only has the function of controlling circuit on and off,but also has the function of relay protection.Most relay protection actions in the power system must be completed by circuit breaker.Circuit breaker is the most comprehensive and important switchgear in power system.The intellectualization and interconnection of things of circuit breaker is of great significance to the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things.In order to promote the construction of smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of Things,this paper studies a remote monitoring system of intelligent circuit breaker based on 5G NB-IOT.The system has the following functions: remote control of circuit breaker opening and closing action,remote monitoring of circuit breaker three-phase voltage,three-phase current,contact temperature,opening/closing state,closing spring energy storage state,and has a certain relay protection function.The main research work of this paper is as follows: Firstly,the hardware circuit is designed with MSP432P401 R MCU as the control core.Hardware circuit includes: power module circuit,power sampling module circuit,contact temperature acquisition module circuit,circuit breaker status monitoring module circuit and communication module circuit.Then,the CCS software is used as the programming environment to write the functional programs of each module,including voltage and current sampling program,temperature sampling program,circuit breaker status monitoring program,network communication program and top-level data and logic management program.The top level data and logic management program is used to integrate the data collected by other subroutines,implement relay protection,and control the circuit breaker for breaking.Finally,the debugging of the system,through experimental verification,the system can achieve the design function.
