The ubiquitous power Internet of Things has realized the extensive connection and interconnection between a large number of intelligent sensing devices and power devices, but the open terminal access and data interaction have also brought new challenges to communication security and privacy. In the scenario of substation ubiquitous power Internet of things,by introducing blockchain technology, combined with methods or means such as edge computing and cryptography algorithm, the problems of data storage and access control are studied. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of how to store massive equipment data safely and efficiently in ubiquitous power Internet of things,a data storage scheme of ubiquitous power Internet of things based on alliance chain is proposed. The authentication protocol is used for two-way traceability verification to ensure that the data can not be tampered with.Replace the original cloud platform with the consortium blockchain platform, connect the redis database under the chain to the consortium blockchain for data storage and ensure its security and credibility, and introduce an improved Hot-Stuff consensus algorithm into the chain.Security analysis shows that the scheme meets the confidentiality, availability and integrity of data.(2)Aiming at the existing access control schemes for equipment resources have some problems, such as weak scalability and dynamics. An access control scheme combining permissioned blockchain and edge computing is studied.By authenticating the user at the edge, the user’s identity is ensured to be reliable and the response time is improved. In the Attributes Based Access Control model, the blockchain is regarded as a trusted entity, and the access control policy is written into a smart contract and deployed on the blockchain for calling.A KRaft consensus algorithm is introduced to solve the problems of low throughput and weak scalability of most existing consensus algorithms. The security analysis shows that the scheme ensures the scalability, flexibility and confidentiality.(3)Aiming at the existing distributed architecture has problems such as repeated authentication and high delay.an authentication and access control scheme is proposed based on blockchain and elliptic curve integrated encryption technology. At the same time, edge computing is introduced to reduce the delay of the system. The Capability-Baesd Access Control is combined with the blockchain, the authority token is stored on the blockchain, and the corresponding smart contract is designed to achieve secure access control.Security analysis shows that the scheme has the security characteristics of decentralization, tamper proof, confidentiality, integrity and scalability. The experimental results show that the proposed data storage scheme is better than the traditional centralized or distributed storage mechanism in CPU energy consumption, node connection time and system throughput. The proposed access control scheme can achieve finegrained and dynamic access control, has high throughput and low delay. The proposed authentication and access control scheme has less computational and communication overhead, shorter response time and obvious advantages.
