| Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things(UPIo T)is a key national power construction work put forward by the State Grid Corporation after the "Strong Smart Grid",which has put forward higher requirements for the safe operation level, data sharing, and data security of the power grid.To this end,a non-contact power information collector based on UPIo T is researched in this paper. At the perception layer,a new kind of voltage sensing technology based on the principle of capacitive coupling is proposed, combined with voltage sampling conditioning circuits to achieve non-contact voltage collection.Based on high-precision current transformer and sampling circuits, this paper achieves non-contact current collection.Applying the root-mean-square sampling algorithm to improve the accuracy of power information collection. The harmonic detection algorithm based on the improved FFT is used to reduce the spectrum leakage by windowing the signal to achieve harmonic detection. At the network layer,a wireless communication module Air202 is set up.API secondary development is completed based on the luat architecture and the MQTT protocol, and the module is connected to cloud server through AT instructions to realize real-time wireless communication among the microprocessor, wireless communication module and cloud server. At the platform layer and the application layer,a power information management system is built based on Alibaba Cloud. The product function definition and equipment function mapping are completed by constructing TSL and product topic classes. The device-side development is completed based on the C language SDK,and realizes power information MQTT message analysis,real-time display of power information,real-time monitoring of equipment, power information storage, and harmonic detection services. In short, this article successfully researches and implements a noncontact power information collector based on UPIo T,covering the perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer, which has certain application value. |
