| The counter module is an electronic measuring instrument widely used in scientific research fields such as military defense and aerospace.At present,most of my country’s existing counter products rely on imported integrated circuit chips,especially American chips.Under the influence of the Sino-US trade war,the embargo on imported devices has led to a serious shortage of key chips in my country,which has severely limited the development of my country’s counter equipment.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a counter module that uses all domestic chips.This subject aims to develop a multi-function counter module based on CPCI bus.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1.The hardware circuit design scheme of 100% localization of the chips used in the module is proposed.According to the module functions and technical requirements,after investigating the performance and indicators of a large number of domestic chips,the hardware architecture of FPGA+DSP joint control is established.2.Design and implement the FPGA logic of the module.The function unit logic such as counter measurement,time series measurement and pulse output is realized by using the internal logic resources of FPGA.It avoids the layout of too many hardware circuits on the circuit board,which not only reduces the economic cost but also saves the space on the board.3.Design and implement DSP program and instrument driver.The DSP program of the module is developed based on the software platform of Code Composer Studio3.3,and the instrument driver of the upper computer of the module is developed based on the software platform of Lab Windows/CVI.The function test of the developed multi-function counter module is carried out by building a test platform.The test results show that the functions of the developed multi-function counter module meet the expected requirements.The measurement accuracy of signals in different ranges can also meet the design requirements,and the module realizes 100% localization of the hardware circuit. |
