Abstract/Summary:
Measuring integrated controller is the core equipment on the missile telemetry system,and has high requirements for its accuracy and reliability.So the controller testing is extremely important in development of the missile telemetry system.This paper discusses the design o f the PCM data acquisition system based on CPCI bus.This system provides an effective means of testing,you can make accurate,objective and efficient assessment of the measuring integrated controller.The system is designed to function receiving and decoding the PCM data in number format,and then the data is transmitted on CPCI bus to the computer hard disk.FPGA design process using as the main processing chip,complex digital processing and control PLX9054 chip to finish DMA on the CPCI bus.PCM code synchronizer in digits can reduce a mass of time on synchronization,and at the same time,it also can synchronize quickly,so we can loss less data.Decoder in digits can make the system much more simple,and it fits a variety of devices.In the hardware design section,the realization of the various functional modules described in detail,focusing on the probability-based algorithm code synchronization modules and realization CPCI interface.In software design,describes the WDM device driver architecture structures,as well as the design of the functional modules of the application on the Windows platform.In this paper,the PCM decoding system design methods are discussed in detail,that will provide valuable experience for other system design.
