The data center is the hub of data computing,storage and exchange.It has a large number of computing devices,servers,network facilities and storage devices.In order to achieve safe and stable operation of these key equipment,not only to provide uninterrupted power supply,but also to equip such auxiliary equipment as cooling system,lighting system and safety monitoring system.In the data center,the energy consumption of a large number of equipment is the most important,which accounts for about 45%of the total energy consumption of the data center.Therefore,in order to enable the data center to run efficiently and safely and respond to the call of energy saving and emission reduction in data center,it is particularly important to improve the energy utilization of the cooling system of the data center.At present,in the data center energy saving exploration,we find that most of the data center air distribution is unreasonable,there is a phenomenon of cold waste and partial overheating.Creating a good thermal environment of the computer room plays an important role in data center's energy saving and consumption reduction.The key to improve the data center's thermal environment is to improve the air distribution of cold air entering the cabinet of the data center.Cold channel containment can effectively reduce the short circuit of the cold air and the re-circulation of hot air,so the form of cold channel closure is widely adopted.In addition,improving the air distribution in the static pressure layer of the floor can effectively make the cold air distribution in the cold channel more uniform and reduce the local hot spots in the cabinet.The factors that influence the flow field of the hydrostatic layer under the floor include:the location of the air conditioner,the speed of the air supply,the height of the static pressure layer,the perforation rate of the perforated floor,the location of the baffle and the angle of the baffle.The scholars found that the data center recommended static height range of 700mm?800mm,20%?30%floor rate of perforation perforation,however these factors only passively changed data center airflow in the plenum,location,room air conditioning in the plenum baffle is actively changing factors,and these factors research less.The majority of the individual factors as the research object,has certain reference value,but not many factors are coupled,lack of universality.In addition,the process of studying the impact of individual factors on the airflow organization is not gradual,and there is no systematic research scheme.Therefore,to improve the thermal environment data center cooling system to reduce energy consumption,to the 4 column cabinet plenum height 0.6m,rate of cooling channel 20%closed type data center based floor perforation,numerical simulation study on the effect of the position of the data center room air conditioning airflow.The location of the air conditioner consists of two kinds of air-conditioner,which are perpendicular to the cabinet and the air-conditioner parallel to the cabinet.The air conditioner is perpendicular to the cabinet.including two air conditioners on one side and two air conditioners on both sides.The air-conditioner is parallel to the cabinet,including the air conditioner on the side of the cold passage and the air conditioner on the side of the hot passage.Through the simulation results,the optimum air conditioning position of the machine room is optimized gradually.On this basis,the erection of baffle under the floor in the plenum,there were no baffle,"VV" "eight" in three,chosen to improve the airflow in the best position of a damper and select the optimal baffle angle based on optimal damper position on the point of view of 30°,45°,60°.In this paper,the optimum air conditioning position,the position of the baffle in the static pressure layer and the angle of the baffle are finally obtained.The simulation model is verified by experiments,and the best airflow organization model of data center is finally obtained,which effectively improves the thermal environment quality of data center,and provides a reference for the optimization design of thermal environment of large data centers.
