| Accessible environment construction is an important part of China’s 14 th FiveYear Plan(2021-2025)to accelerate social construction,comprehensively improve the quality of cities,and protect the basic rights and interests of the disabled.In recent years,the author participated in the key project of "Hi-tech Winter Olympics" :《Crowd Evacuation Technology and Disabled People Assistance System for Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games》,and conducted special study and research in the field of disabled people evacuation.This paper focuses on the evacuation layout of disabled people in the Beijing Winter Olympic Stadium,and develops a set of programming modules using visual programming method,which preliminatively realizes the generation and verification of evacuation layout design.In the research process,the author analyzes a number of representative Olympic venues in China and Abroad,and discusses the main modes of evacuation layout;After consulting the relevant codes and standards in China and Abroad,such as barrier-free design,building design fire prevention,sports building design,and the International Olympic Committee guidelines for barrier-free design,it was found that there were still vague provisions on the evacuation design of disabled people.The behavior characteristics of disabled people in emergency evacuation were studied,and their needs were summarized and classified.Fourteen main factors affecting the evacuation layout of stadiums are extracted and parameterized.The visual programming method is used to program and design the parameters.The computer-generated plane base map and evacuation layout programming module of stadiums are established and verified in three stadiums of Beijing Winter Olympics.In terms of the research results of this paper,based on the 14 parameters affecting the evacuation layout,a programming module with the functions of building plane generation,evacuation simulation and effect verification is developed.The programming module can realize the automatic generation of the evacuation layout of the disabled people in stadiums and gymnasiums for different initial parameter values,which means that the design scheme can be generated for new stadiums and gymnasiums;For the stadiums that have formed plans,are under construction or have been built,the evacuation layout can be verified and improvement measures can be put forward,which is innovative to some extent.Under the overall requirements of further improving and optimizing the construction of barrier-free environment,the results of this study have a broad application prospect in the field of stadium construction,and can also play a certain role in improving the design principles and norms of barrier-free evacuation. |
