| As aerospace has advanced rapidly,the technical requirements of rockets and other aircraft are lifting.Rocket launch is an extremely complex project,which requires multi-party cooperation.Any improper operation of any link will lead to mission failure.When the rocket launch failure occurs,it is necessary to execute the safety control to blow up the arrow gymnastics in time to terminate the power of the arrow body and avoid greater loss.Perfect safety control system is an important part of the rocket and other aircraft measurement and control system.PCM-DPSK-FM system has been used in China’s security control system,the technology is relatively mature,but with the continuous development of aerospace technology,gradually exposed some confidentiality,time delay and other aspects of the problem.Therefore,a security control system compatible with PCM-DPSK-FM system and the main alphabet system is designed in this topic,which has a very important reference value for the demonstration stage of aerospace security control technology scheme.The new rocket security control system designed in this subject consists of four parts: rocket borne safety control command receiving equipment,rocket borne safety control command execution equipment,ground security control command generation and binding equipment and ground integrated controller.Using digital receiver technology and software radio technology,a general-purpose rocket borne safety control command receiving equipment is designed.The digital signal processing technology is used to realize the demodulation and framing of the corresponding system in FPGA,complete the receiving of safety control commands,and realize a safety control command receiving system compatible with PCM-DPSK-FM system and main alphabet system with settable working frequency;The rocket borne safety control command execution equipment realizes the safety control operation based on FPGA and gives the telemetry signal of the execution state of the safety control command;The ground security control command generation and binding equipment adopts the touch screen to design a friendly human-computer interaction interface,which can quickly generate and bind the instructions and working parameters of the two security control systems according to a certain format,including specific security control instructions,carrier frequency,binding mode and other information;The ground integrated controller uses UDP protocol to send control instructions through the PC host computer,which can realize the power supply control,parameter configuration,data acquisition,security control instruction verification and execution result analysis of each component unit of the system.The relevant signals of the security control process are uploaded to the PC host computer through Ethernet to provide visual analysis.The parameters and results of the system running and testing are summarized and analyzed through the upper computer interface designed by PC.The results show that the system can generate and inject the security control instruction,receive and execute the security control instruction accurately in different frequency points of PCM-DPSK-FM system and main letter system respectively.It has certain practical value to the research of safety control system. |
