| The development of big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence and other digital intelligence technologies has prompted the economy to enter a new normal,and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries has accelerated.At the same time,in the rapid development of the service economy and the impact of the increasingly competitive market environment,equipment manufacturing industry,the trend of industrial division of labor,industrial chain gradually from the traditional manufacturing to the value chain downstream extension,the trend of service increasingly prominent.Equipment manufacturing enterprises should seize the good opportunity of the development of digital intelligence technology to accelerate the transformation process of service.However,equipment manufacturing enterprises in the northeast region have the proportion of state-owned enterprises,factor allocation is not efficient enough,insufficient innovation capacity,low production efficiency and other problems,therefore,it is necessary to analyze and explore the relationship between the development of digital intelligence technology and servitization transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the northeast region.On the one hand,it can enrich the theories related to the service transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises promoted by digital intelligence technology;on the other hand,it can provide new ideas for equipment manufacturing enterprises in the northeast region to seek the path of high-quality development.This paper takes the listed companies of equipment manufacturing industry in northeast China from 2010 to 2020 as the research sample,and uses literature research method,normative research method,text analysis method and empirical research method to explore the impact of digital intelligence technology on the servitization transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises and put forward relevant countermeasure suggestions.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the background and significance of the study,the literature on digital intelligence technology and manufacturing service transformation at home and abroad is sorted out and its research status is summarized and summarized.Secondly,the concepts related to digital intelligence technology,equipment manufacturing enterprises and manufacturing servitization are elaborated and relevant theories are introduced to provide theoretical support for this study.Again,we analyze the current situation of listed companies in equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China,and construct indicators of digital intelligence technology development through Python-based text analysis method,and construct indicators of servitization level using business scope analysis method,to measure the development of digital intelligence technology and servitization level of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China and analyze their development status.On this basis,the research hypotheses are proposed at three levels: the relationship between digital intelligence technology and equipment manufacturing enterprises’ servitization transformation,the mediating role of innovation capability,and the difference of digital intelligence technology promotion role under different enterprise scales,and the empirical models are constructed for the above hypotheses respectively,and the digital intelligence technology development index is selected as the explanatory variable,the servitization level as the explanatory variable,and the innovation capability as the mediating variable,and the The regression analysis was conducted using stata15 software.The study shows that the development of digital intelligence technology of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China has a significant role in promoting service transformation;innovation capability plays a mediating role between digital intelligence technology and service transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises;there is a positive "U" shaped relationship between the promotion of digital intelligence technology on service transformation of equipment manufacturing industry and enterprise scale.Finally,based on the above findings and the current situation of the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China,this paper proposes countermeasures from both enterprise and government levels: at enterprise level,we should accelerate the development and application of digital intelligence technology,stimulate the internal and external innovation vitality of enterprises,and pay attention to the talent management in the field of digital intelligence technology and services.At the government level,it should strengthen the policy support for digital intelligence technology,increase the patent protection and promote the development of high-tech industry. |
