Most of the main load-bearing structures of Chinese traditional buildings use wood.It can be said that wood frame is the biggest feature of Chinese traditional buildings.Convenient materials and manufacturing procedures are the advantages of houses built with wood,but wood structures will also produce many types of irreversible damage over time.Based on the irreversible damage of ancient buildings and the protection of cultural relics,this paper studies the damage identification method of ancient building models by using nondestructive research technology.The characteristic of this technology is not to damage the building,but to accurately identify the damage.Firstly,the correctness of finite element simulation is verified by synchronous experiments and finite element simulation of local components,and then the damage of the overall structure is identified by different methods in finite element analysis.In the whole structure,only the natural frequency parameters are not ideal for the damage identification of a single member in the structure.The damage type and location can be identified accurately by combining the displacement modal parameters.Second,the natural frequency analysis,displacement modal analysis and other joint application detection methods are integrated for the first time.The application of various technical methods has helped the experimental project become a national innovative key technical research project.Thirdly,through the combination of finite element simulation and experiment,the overall structure composed of multiple components is analyzed and the damage is identified.Compared with the data obtained by using a single component in a single project of the current research results,the results with more reference significance for the protection of ancient buildings in reality can be obtained,and the error of damage identification of ancient wooden buildings with traditional detection methods and technologies can be corrected to a certain extent,The defect analysis of internal quality is more accurate,and the data and results are more scientific.Finally,the verified finite element simulation method is used to determine the damage location of the overall relatively complex structure through the displacement modal parameters,and then the damage condition is determined by the natural frequency parameters.In practical application,it provides a more scientific reference for the protection of traditional buildings with wooden frame structure,and is of great significance for the damage identification and protection of ancient wooden buildings.
