Discussion On Safety Detection And Identification Technology Of Existing Mixed Structure Archaize Buildings

With the changes of the times and the development of science and technology,an explosive development in China civil architecture has beenupgraded since 2000.On the premise of guaranteeing people’s normal use,in order to meet the diversity of buildings and visual enjoyment,different styles and even unique architectural forms have emerged gradually.Nevertheless,the material selection of the structure concrete,masonry,steel structure was still betaken as the mainstream.The structural form is also a single structural form or mixed structural form composed of these materials,such as frame,frame-shear wall,and some materials,such as stone,wood and coagulation,are produced on the original basis.A mixed structure consisting of soil and so on.With the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake,the problem of building structural safety has come to the "front stage" again.Based on the safety appraisal of concrete frame structure buildings,this paper introduces the technical route of safety appraisal of common single structure form combined with engineering examples,evaluates the overall bearing capacity of the house by means of technical means,analyzes its structural layout and stress situation,and draws the conclusion of security grade appraisal,which provides a basis for the follow-up continued use,transformation or reinforcement.For concrete structure,masonry structure,steel structure and other conventional structural forms,after on-site testing,calculation and analysis,and then according to the relevant specifications for grading,and ultimately come to the conclusion of appraisal,but for mixed structure,especially the special mixed structure added by stone,wood and other components,in full accordance with the existing specifications.Evaluation is not very appropriate,resulting in the structural safety of such buildings is difficult to assess.The safety appraisal of antique buildings with special mixed structure,and combines the technical route of safety appraisal of single structure form with engineering examples has been compared and analyzed.This paper mainly explores the change of internal force of components,the interaction of transfer floor components and the difference of safety appraisal and grading method and single structure safety appraisal method caused by the difference of component material and structure form,and explores the mixed joint from the common concrete frame structure building safety appraisal method.The technical route of safety identification is provided to provide reference for safety assessment of similar projects.
