| Construction machinery generally has the characteristics of high price,many types,high energy consumption,and long design life.The rental model is often the first choice for construction units in engineering construction.However,due to irregular management,many market players,incomplete data,inadequate maintenance and other problems,the performance of the equipment cannot be effectively guaranteed,resulting in potential safety hazards on the construction site.In recent years,with the establishment of the national "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality " goal,how to develop a low-carbon economy has become a hot issue of social concern.As a green and low-carbon business model,leasing is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently to promote the healthy and standardized development of the rental market.Therefore,from the perspective of supply chain,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics,problems,demands and status quo of the construction machinery rental market,and studies the maintenance,pricing,recycling,coordination and cooperative emission reduction in the forward rental supply chain and reverse rental supply chain of construction machinery.Through an effective market competition mechanism,the profits of the supply chain can be reasonably distributed,so as to improve the maintenance level of equipment,ensure the health of equipment and construction safety,improve the recycling efficiency of machinery and equipment,and reduce the carbon emissions of the industry,so as to provide a low-carbon renewable energy for the construction machinery industry.Sustained development provides decision support.This paper focuses on the characteristics and existing problems of the construction machinery rental industry,and conducts research from four aspects: First of all,considering the competition in the rental market,for manufacturers not operating rental business,manufacturers operating rental business but not establishing leasing subsidiaries and manufacturing.According to the three scenarios of commercial rental business and the establishment of rental subsidiaries,three construction machinery supply chain models are established,and the sales price,rental price and profit under the three models are calculated,simulated and compared.The research results provide theoretical support for the decision-making of various parties in different market environments.Then,the influence of the maintenance level of the leaseholder’s machinery and equipment on the profit and demand of the supply chain is studied.The Stackelberg game model dominated by manufacturers is established,and the optimal feedback strategies of supply chain enterprises under the centralized decision-making,decentralized decision-making,cost-sharing contract and joint contract models are discussed,and design a numerical example to conduct sensitivity analysis and verification of the model.Secondly,this essay further consider the application of the industrial Internet platform,builds a closed-loop supply chain model for construction machinery rental,analyzes the relationship between the platform construction cost coefficient,updates cost and maintenance sensitivity coefficient on the rental price,demand and profit,and uses the Shapley value method and two pricing contracts to achieve supply chain coordination.Finally,combined with the government’s carbon tax policy,a closed-loop supply chain model of construction machinery rental under the constraint of carbon tax is established.Through studying the optimal decision-making problem of manufacturing and remanufacturing,this study finds out the impact of carbon tax rate and consumer preference coefficient on product pricing,demand and profit,and designs a joint contract to achieve Pareto improvement in the closed-loop supply chain.The research shows that,firstly,when there is a healthy competition mechanism in the construction machinery rental market,the profits of both manufacturers and leaseholder in the supply chain are improved.Secondly,leaseholders need to continuously improve their maintenance technology,while manufacturers need to strive to improve their manufacturing level to meet the high safety requirements of construction units.Thirdly,the use of the cloud platform helps to promote the recycling and remanufacturing process,improve the performance of remanufactured products,effectively ensure the safety of construction machinery,and improve equipment utilization.Fourthly,the carbon tax policy will help improve social benefits and promote the green transformation of enterprises.The improvement of consumers’ recognition of remanufactured products will further enhance the effectiveness of the carbon tax policy. |
